## NinjaPipe Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is NinjaPipe free, or does it offer a free trial?

NinjaPipe does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does NinjaPipe cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, NinjaPipe pricing in 2026 starts at $19.00 and can reach $199.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the NinjaPipe's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is NinjaPipe pricing best suited for?

NinjaPipe's pricing is best suited for small businesses and solopreneurs looking to consolidate fragmented tool stacks into one CRM. The overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers come from small businesses across marketing, health and wellness, professional coaching, and e-learning. The Solo plan fits individual operators just starting out, while Growth+ suits actively scaling small teams needing automation, client portals, and third-party integrations. G2 reviewers in marketing and advertising gravitate toward Growth+ for pipeline management and multichannel automation. One mid-market reviewer in real estate franchising found Business+ viable for multi-office operations. NinjaPipe's pricing structure is less suited to organizations requiring deep industry-specific workflows or high-volume dedicated email infrastructure.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of NinjaPipe?

NinjaPipe offers a free trial for evaluation but no permanent free tier. The entry-level Solo plan at $19.00/month covers one user with 10K contacts, 3 pipelines, 10 automation workflows, and basic email integrations, suited for initial solo use. NinjaPipe's Growth+ tier at $79.00/month unlocks unlimited contacts, 15 pipelines, 25 workflows, Zapier/Pabbly integrations, branded client portals, automatic lead assignment, and custom domains. NinjaPipe's Business+ tier at $199.00/month removes virtually all caps, adding unlimited pipelines, invoicing, booking pages, and dedicated support with SLA. G2 reviewers highlight automations, client portals, and integrations as the features most driving upgrades beyond the Solo plan.

Is NinjaPipe considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers consistently rate NinjaPipe highly, with most awarding 4.5 to 5 stars, and value-for-money is one of the most frequently cited strengths. Reviewers across industries explicitly mention cancelling multiple separate subscriptions for forms, scheduling, e-signatures, invoicing, and automation platforms after consolidating onto NinjaPipe. One G2 reviewer calculated that cancelled subscriptions paid for NinjaPipe several times over. Comparisons to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and Mindbody appear in reviews, with NinjaPipe consistently described as delivering equivalent or superior functionality at a fraction of the cost. The main value concern noted is limited integrations at lower tiers and a learning curve for users migrating from other CRMs.

"Solid CRM partner for launching a national real estate franchise operation in the Philippines"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaPipe?

As Master Franchisor of Realty ONE Group Philippines, I needed a CRM that could handle multiple pipelines at once — consumer leads, franchise development prospects, agent recruiting, and international referral partners — without enterprise pricing or a long implementation. NinjaPipe handled all of it with flexible custom fields, tags, and lead sources. A big plus for a franchise model: the ability to spin up separate workspaces for each franchisee office, so every location gets its own clean environment while we maintain structure at the master level. The public API is genuinely usable; we built direct integrations for automated lead imports. Biggest differentiator: founder Dinuka is hands-on and responsive. Operating across US and Philippine time zones, direct access to someone who deeply knows the product beats any tier-1 support desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaPipe?

As we've scaled, some real estate–specific workflows (transaction milestones, local credential tracking) have pushed past what a general-purpose CRM covers. It performs best kept lean as a relationship and pipeline engine rather than a full-volume master database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaPipe solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gave a new national franchise operation a working CRM from day one — per-office workspaces for franchisees, full pipeline visibility across very different audiences, and automated lead gen feeding straight into actionable follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from NinjaPipe of NinjaPipe

[Editedit](https://www.g2.com/survey_responses/ninjapipe-review-13173136/official_response/edit)

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review and for trusting NinjaPipe as part of such an important stage of your growth. Building a CRM that can support a franchise model with multiple teams, locations, and pipelines was exactly the type of challenge we wanted NinjaPipe to solve.

We’re glad to hear that the flexibility around custom fields, tags, lead sources, workspaces, and API connectivity has helped you create a structure that works across different parts of your operation. Every business has its own processes, and we’ve always believed a CRM should adapt to the business rather than forcing teams into a fixed way of working.

We also really appreciate your kind words about the support experience. As a founder-led company, staying close to customers and understanding real-world use cases directly helps us build a better product. Feedback from businesses operating across different markets and time zones is incredibly valuable.

Your feedback around real estate-specific workflows is a great point. NinjaPipe is designed as a flexible CRM and automation platform, and we continue to look at ways to support more industry-specific needs while keeping the platform clean and adaptable.

Thank you again for making NinjaPipe part of your franchise journey and for sharing your experience with the G2 community.

"Easy to Use, Budget-Friendly, and Quick Support"

4/5

What do you like best about NinjaPipe?

It's ease of use. It's very easy to get started, which is a huge plus, IMO. The pricing was well within my budget. Support has been quick to answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaPipe?

Integrations. I have had an extremely hard time getting it to integrate with Zapier. I switched to Make, to see if that would be easier, but it doesn't integrate with Make. NinjaPipe needs to have more integration and those integrations need to be easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaPipe solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had tried several CRMs before NinjaPipe, and even went back to a spreadsheet bc I couldn't find anything that worked for me. Since I started using NinjaPipe, I have been able to keep my projects organized and see what needs to be done and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Your feedback around integrations is valuable. We understand that connecting the tools you already use is an important part of any CRM, and we’re continuing to improve our integrations and make the setup process smoother.

Thanks again for choosing NinjaPipe and for taking the time to share your feedback. We really appreciate having you as part of the community.
