What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Exactly look all good and excellent choice, giving a dislike , but Need some integration changes - like -- reboot notification should be uncheck - to stop reboot notify long running maintenance device like- Hosting services, esxi.

Second, I experienced quick connect when we sent a quick connect link to the end user and when they clicked to download a file. The file must be run in administrative mode. (Should ask) If no permission, then user mode is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our three year review ... Ninja is a valuable part of our business"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

At BrickHost, we've been using NinjaOne for just over three years, and it has quickly become one of the most reliable and valuable tools in our IT services stack. From the very beginning, the implementation process was smooth and straightforward — a rare and welcome experience in the world of IT platforms. The intuitive interface and thoughtful onboarding resources allowed us to get up and running quickly, with minimal disruption to our workflow and zero surprises.

One of the most significant benefits NinjaOne has brought to our operations is the power of automation. Tasks that once consumed valuable time — from patch management to routine maintenance — are now handled automatically and consistently across all endpoints. This has not only improved our service delivery and responsiveness but has also freed up our technicians to focus on higher-value work, ultimately helping us scale our services more efficiently and effectively.

We've used the backup tools to restore files, folders and entire systems. It's a valuable tool, providing peace of mind and we even use it to clone machines.

What really sets NinjaOne apart for us is how seamlessly it integrates with the other tools in our stack. Whether it’s endpoint monitoring, remote support, or backup management, NinjaOne provides a centralized and cohesive environment that ties our systems together and keeps everything running smoothly. As a managed service provider, we rely on dependable platforms that empower our team and deliver value to our clients — and NinjaOne has proven time and again to be exactly that. What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

We did have an issue with Windows patch management, we worked through their support and the issue with patches being improperly reported has been resolved. When we ran into an issue with slow backup restore times, they pulled together a team of engineers and we had it resolved quickly, in part it was our fault, but it was also a learning experience for their team. We find Ninja One has been a good value and addition to our stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne Is Outstanding!"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Everything has been absolutely flawless with the Ninja RMM solution. It has been one of the most stable and powerful tools I have seen in my 38 years in IT/technology. Their RMM product is always up and running. We have never had a problem accessing it.

The pricing is extremely cost effective. Being able to remotely drill down into a PC's event log and technical details is invaluable. Also, being able to remotely remove and/or install software without taking remote control of the PC is completely transparent to the end user - the way it should be.

We plan to use their SaaS backup product for a customer pilot soon. We can't wait to see this in action.

Ninja also provides many workshops, tutorials, and other technical material that is clear and concise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

We've yet to find anything that we do not like or would recommend to improve. Our account representatives have been very responsive to get us connected to the right resource(s) to ensure anything we need is addressed, including a communications path to product management. "A platform that just works for all your needs!"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne is the best RMM I've used in my career it's easy to deploy and you can automate so much that you can focus on improving customer service rather than wasting time on admin tasks. The RMM is very reliable, Cloud Backups are game changing, we like the offerings so much we are always looking for ways to get more of our services under the NinjaOne umbrella as it just works.

It's also integrated with our SentinelOne security platform seamlessly and gives us information that's consolidated onto one nice summary on the device page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

While NinjaOne RMM excels in many areas, its built-in ticketing system is one area where there’s still room for improvement. The dashboards feel somewhat limited and the report templates are fairly basic, but overall it still works for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NINJA - Thoughtful, reliable, and practical."
4/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We have been working with NinjaOne RMM for some time now and are still very satisfied. The introduction was straightforward, and in daily use, the platform has proven to be reliable and easy to use. Especially in the stressful IT everyday life, it is helpful that many tasks can be completed centrally and without much effort.

We find particularly positive:

- the clear dashboard and easy management of all endpoints,

- the reliable remote maintenance with stable connections,

- the automation through scripts and patch management, which saves us a lot of time,

- the fast and competent support, which has always helped us well with questions so far,

- the continuous development of the platform. The new CrowdStrike integration is a good example for us of how NinjaOne responds to current requirements and sensibly integrates security solutions into the existing environment.

For us, NinjaOne has become an integral part of our IT operations and is hardly imaginable without in our daily work. We particularly like that new functions and integrations are regularly added, which offer real added value and not just sound good on paper. Overall, we can recommend NinjaOne with a clear conscience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

From our perspective, there is potential for improvement in transparency within the partner area. Especially regarding pricing issues, a clear price list for partners would be helpful to calculate offers more quickly and easily.

Additionally, it is occasionally somewhat difficult to directly reach the appropriate contact person for a specific concern. A clearer assignment or faster forwarding would further improve the support process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great value for a growing MSP"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

As a solo MSP, I like having RMM, PSA, patch management, and backup all in one platform instead of juggling separate tools. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which matters when I'm jumping between clients all day.

Support has been solid every time I've needed them, and onboarding felt like a system that's been refined over time rather than something thrown together.

The AI features are genuinely useful too, especially for getting a quick read on how trustworthy an OS update or patch is before rolling it out.

It also integrates well with Huntress for MDR/EDR, so my endpoint management and security tools feel connected rather than separate.

For a one person shop supporting healthcare and legal clients with compliance needs, all of that adds up to a lot less friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Honestly, not a lot comes to mind, the platform has been solid. If I had to pick something, it would be the minimum monthly spend.

As a smaller MSP still growing my client base, that's something I have to plan around.

That said, the per endpoint pricing itself is a great value for everything included, so it balances out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Scalable IT Management"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne has fundamentally transformed how we manage our IT infrastructure. The single best thing is its truly unified platform. Before NinjaOne, we were juggling multiple tools for patching, remote access, and monitoring. Now, it's all under one clean, intuitive dashboard. The automation capabilities are a massive time-saver; we've automated routine maintenance and patch deployment across all our devices, which has freed up our IT team to focus on strategic projects instead of constant firefighting. The remote access is fast and reliable, allowing us to support our users instantly, no matter where they are. On top of the excellent platform, their customer support is top-notch; they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful whenever we have a question. As our organization grows, NinjaOne's scalability gives us complete confidence that our IT management can keep pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Honestly, it's difficult to find significant faults with the platform itself. From an integration perspective, while the existing integrations are good, we are eagerly looking forward to a future Jira extension, as this would be a huge boost to our workflow. Additionally, a deeper integration with SentinelOne would be incredibly valuable. Specifically, the ability to more seamlessly patch vulnerabilities flagged by SentinelOne and have the vulnerability list automatically update post-patching would make the combination of these two tools even more powerful. "NinjaOne is a single command center for monitoring and helping your clients!"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The fact that it integrates so many functions into one interface. The abilities that I have to connect and run everything through NinjaOne make my life exponentially easier. I can look in one spot to see how all of my client machines are doing and then control them from there. It's also nice that it is branded to my company so it feels personal. The team at NinjaOne are fast to respond and they take feedback well. I see a lot of other disparate tools out there, but this is my one stop shop and I find it punches way harder than its cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

It is secure so I find it's very occasional prompts for MFA annoying, however I completely understand the necessity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
