What stands out most about NinjaOne is how simple and fast it makes IT management, without sacrificing power.
The interface feels clean and intuitive, so I’m not digging through endless menus just to find what I need. At the same time, it’s still very capable: remote monitoring, patch management, scripting, and automation all feel tightly integrated rather than bolted on as separate pieces.
Another major plus is its speed and reliability. Tasks like remote access or running scripts usually execute quickly, and that makes a real difference in day-to-day IT work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area for improvement in NinjaOne is reporting flexibility, as more advanced or highly customized reports can sometimes require additional effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
