Nearly 40,000 customers across 140+ countries use NinjaOne to replace fragmented point tools with one platform built to scale. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. ## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. Our Insight to NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of use has to be at the top of the list; patching and automation are also high on the list.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As NinjaOne grows, sometimes items that used to work stop working, and it takes developers to fix the issues. The new interface is not user friendly, hard to naviagate compared to before.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with our other products has made it much easier for us to support our end customers.

  ### 2. Task Automation and Remote Access Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John F. | Technology Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I appreciate the ability to automate tasks and remotely access devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

nothing so far. Everything i use is helpful

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

everyday troubleshooting and fixes by remoting into computers

  ### 3. Flexible, Forward-Thinking Remote Access—NinjaOne Connect Stands Out

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is how flexible and forward-thinking the platform is. They support multiple remote access tools like Splashtop and TeamViewer, which gives us options depending on the situation. What really stood out, though, was the release of NinjaOne Connect. Having a built-in remote tool with all the features we actually use shows they listen to their users and continue to invest in the platform instead of relying solely on third-party tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Patch management is an area where NinjaOne still has room to improve. While we’ve made patching a major focus for our team, Windows updates don’t always deploy as smoothly as we’d like. We often find ourselves needing to connect to devices manually to push updates, which takes away from the automation we’re aiming for.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us solve problems around repetitive manual work through script automation. Tasks like clearing temporary files or performing routine maintenance can be automated, which reduces the number of repeat issues and tickets. This allows our team to focus more on higher-value work instead of constantly reacting to the same problems.

  ### 4. Powerful, Intuitive Endpoint Management—With Room for More Flexible Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne provides a clear, centralized overview of all endpoints and makes daily IT administration much more efficient. The automation, patch management, remote access, and monitoring features save a lot of time, while the interface remains intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features and reports could be more flexible and easier to customize. The initial setup can also take some time, and pricing is not always fully transparent without contacting sales.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us centralize endpoint management, monitoring, patching, and remote support. This reduces manual work, improves visibility across our IT environment, speeds up troubleshooting, and helps us keep devices secure and up to date.

  ### 5. Simple setup and first-class support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Domenik M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I appreciate the simple layout of NinjaOne, which makes it easier to use. The support is great, which is very beneficial to me when using it. Additionally, I find the multi-tenancy feature excellent, as it allows customers to use NinjaOne for their networks themselves and get an overview. Furthermore, the initial setup of NinjaOne was very easy.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think there is a lack of a global dashboard that can be hung in the office to always see the current status and current errors. A dashboard without login, so that it can be displayed on a monitor in the office 24/7, would be ideal to quickly respond to problems.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne for remote maintenance, monitoring, alerts, and patch management.

  ### 6. Simple Setup and Reliable Backups with NinjaOne Backups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

After working with disappointing backup solutions, NinjaOne Backups became a pleasure to work with in their simplicity of setup and fairly consistent successes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The UI has become a mess, with scrollable windows within scrollable windows on the dashboard, it's sometimes a nightmare to navigate.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared with our former RMM solution, NinjaOne is far more responsive, which means our techs are more likely to use it for day-to-day problem solving.

  ### 7. Easy Device Monitoring with Convenient One-Click Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like the most about NinjaOne is that we can easily monitor our devices and take action when something is wrong. I also find the built‑in Remote tool extremely convenient, with just one click, a session request is sent to the laptop and we can immediately take a look remotely.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I dislike about NinjaOne is that when a new Microsoft security update is released and pushed through NinjaOne, the update often fails to install on the devices. As a result, the device health summary shows many devices as unhealthy.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When something unexpected happens on a device, I can easily review the activity logs to see exactly what occurred.

  ### 8. NinjaOne: Easy to Use with Clear, Informative Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey H. | It Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is very easy to use, and it provides clear, informative details that help me understand what’s going on.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The views could be better. Right now, online devices and offline devices are shown in the same view, which makes it harder to quickly tell them apart.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me keep devices up to date, check for CVEs, and remotely control devices when providing support.

  ### 9. Strong Device Management and Updates, but Ticket Reporting Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like device the management. You also do a good job pushing updates but I wish it was a little faster on some of the issues.
The ticketing is okay but reporting on tickets sucks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting on tickets honestly sucks with no true ability to refine or look for key words in the ticket.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

device management and ticketing for multiple departments and groups.

  ### 10. Easy PC Lookup and Powerful Custom Automations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love that the computer a user reports their ticket on can be easily looked up, and that it provides the necessary PC data to help understand what the issue might be. The ability to set up automation is also very useful, and being able to add your own automations is awesome, too.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I’d like the ability to easily remove a user from an assigned computer, or to edit user details when they submit tickets. It’s frustrating when a user enters their email incorrectly just once, and then I can’t edit it or delete it because they end up with two accounts—yet the other account won’t show up.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love having everything on one platform. I used to rely on one website for tickets and another to manage my PC, so having it all in one place has been a real blessing.

  ### 11. Simple, effective and robust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The best thing about Ninja one is it is very straightforward and simple to use compared to other systems. Deployment of apps and patches is simple and easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

MSP pricing is different than reseller pricing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small staff and a single pane of glass allows us to do more with fewer people. The payroll savings alone make it worth while.

  ### 12. Easy UI, Remote Support, and Automatic Patching Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristof V. | It infra manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Remote support, automatic patching, UI is easy

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We need to stop services bij ourself to update some third party software

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autmatic patching, asset management, support

  ### 13. Large-scale machine management: simplified IT administration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Large-scale machine management that facilitates IT infrastructure administration

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would have liked a feature like managing multiple remote access windows in tab form.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to spend hours searching for which server or station to connect to; user support management is simplified, machines are listed in a straightforward manner, and the performance is pleasant.

  ### 14. Ninja Product Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Straight forward UI for most tasks. Wide range of devices supported under a single product.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting leaves a lot to be desired. Something as simple as the file path of an installed application should be readily accessible.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Ninja as our primary RMM for all of our clients. Without Ninja, or a product with at minimum the same capabilities as Ninja, the work would be impossible.

  ### 15. Cost-Effective RMM That Gets the Job Done

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It's cost effective and a decent solution for people needing a RMM.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The product doesn't feel fully realized, it feels like it's in its development stage. Certain features don't work fully or require reworking to get functioning as promised - mostly in the ticketing side.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a decent RMM that allows me to monitor and work with my clients.

  ### 16. All-in-One RMM and Asset Management in One Platform

remote can be a bit laggy not very smooth

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

asset management and integration

  ### 17. Easy-to-Use All-in-One Management Platform with Great Alerts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quang T. | Network Administrator/ System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

An all-in-one management platform with a very easy-to-use interface, from dashboards to policies. It’s easy to push changes, and the alert system is great for warning you before anything affects the business. Great product.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There’s so much information, scripts, and more that I haven’t had a chance to work through in the portal yet.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This performance portal works well with servers, and the dashboard is great.

  ### 18. Simple Browser-Based Automation and File Transfers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the automation library’s simple interface, the console connection, and the file transfer feature’s interface. I also appreciate that everything is accessible through a browser app, which makes it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The NinjaRemote tool has been difficult to setup properly.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne makes it very easy to troubleshoot and fix issues users are having remotely.

  ### 19. Great Support and Easy-to-Use Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The support is great and tools are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ability to use idp tools and customization.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

patching our devices are working great!

  ### 20. Handy Remote Tools and Patch Management—Registry & Service Editing Made Easy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Being able to remote background and other tools given by default are so handy. Tools such as software / patch management, registry & service editor without going onto the device is great!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

the default dashboard doesn't really give much information. I wish it was a bit more modular. I also feel there should also be a search box to be able to filter without having to go into more filters, select the field, etc.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to provide a better level of support to our users without having to nag them personally. We can set nag prompts to do it for us.

  ### 21. Very easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We enjoy the ease of use. The premade scripts have saved us considerable time. The RMM is very helpful

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The remote tool is a bit troublesome at times, not always working.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize it to push out many different updates. We also utilize the ticketing and have found it very easy to use. Patch management is also very easy to implement.

  ### 22. Powerful, intuitive and reliable RMM solution for modern IT teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian N. | Responsabile ICT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

injaOne stands out for its excellent ease of use combined with very powerful functionality. The interface is clean, intuitive, and well organized, allowing technicians to manage endpoints, patches, and alerts efficiently without unnecessary complexity. Deployment is fast and straightforward, and the platform is easy to scale as the environment grows.

Patch management is one of the strongest features: it is reliable, flexible, and provides clear visibility into patch status across all devices. Remote access tools are stable and responsive, which significantly improves daily support operations. Another major advantage is NinjaOne’s customer support, which is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Updates and new features are released frequently and clearly reflect real customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne is a very strong platform overall, there are some areas that could be improved. Advanced reporting and customization options could be more flexible, especially for larger or more complex environments. Some integrations with third-party tools are still limited or require additional configuration compared to more mature ecosystems.

Additionally, while the platform is easy to use, certain advanced automation or scripting features may require more documentation or examples for less experienced users. These are not critical issues, but improvements in these areas would make NinjaOne even more complete.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and securing a large number of endpoints from a single, centralized platform. It allows us to monitor system health, deploy patches, manage assets, and provide remote support efficiently, reducing manual work and response times.

By automating routine tasks and providing real-time visibility into our IT environment, NinjaOne helps prevent issues before they impact users. This results in improved system stability, better security posture, and higher productivity for the IT team. Overall, it enables us to deliver faster, more reliable IT services while keeping operational costs under control.

  ### 23. Ninja Remote: Direct access to software and processes without detours

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The built-in Ninja Remote and access to the software and processes without logging onto the computer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The flood of emails when a ticket is being processed. I don't need the information by email when I have changed the status of the ticket myself.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Structured ticket processing with direct access to the affected computer

  ### 24. Simple and Powerful, Ideal for Remote Administration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael T. | Ingeniero de preventa

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I quite like its central console, it is very clean and compact. It doesn't have so many things or menus where I could get lost, and with that, well, it helps me do my work more quickly. Because it is very easy to navigate, it is not asking me to enter several tabs to be able to carry out my daily activities. With that, I am practically saving between 50 and 60 minutes daily without any inconvenience. And by saving that time, well, it is helping me a lot so that I don't have to give much of my time to this type of activity.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I believe they could improve the integration with Sentinel One. I use Sentinel One a lot, but within the console, it only allows me to click to open my Sentinel One console and view the alerts. I think that integration could be improved much more.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows me to manage my devices and applications easily without being physically present. I can identify issues with alerts without searching through logs, and manage applications and patches efficiently. Its central console is clean and compact, saving me 50-60 minutes daily.

  ### 25. Easy Device Health Monitoring with a User-Friendly UI and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The upsides is we can easily monitor the health of clients' devices. The UI is easy to navigate, and support is helpful and responsive if we had any questions. The pricing is cheap, and what scripts and policies we have enforced perform well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are no details on the invoice, only the price. There is also no billing portal to look it up ourselves, we have to reach out to support with questions about invoices.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is proving to be helpful in showing us unhealthy devices and what's going on with the unhealthy devices in general (OS Patches, Software Patches, etc.).

  ### 26. Great for Windows Updates, CVE Tracking, and Service Monitoring

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth M. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

This product has been great at helping manage Windows updates and monitoring CVEs for all of our servers. It is also great at monitoring necessary services on machines. The remote desktop feature is great. It's the only way I have found to conveniently connect to the machines from home using an iPad while maintaining a secure connection.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is a strong need for more customizable dashboards, especially ones that let you combine locations.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja One is giving us a better, more automated way to monitor services, patching, and CVEs on our fleet of servers. It also provides great secure remote connections from a wider range of places.

  ### 27. Instant Insights and Fast Issue Resolution, But Needs Better Reboot Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The almost instantaneous polling rate is impressive. Access to real-time information about endpoints and hosts, especially when combined with compound conditions, has proven to be extremely useful. The ability to address common issues on application servers as soon as they occur has saved us a significant amount of time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One limitation is the absence of reboot options within patch policies. It would be helpful to have the ability to stagger host restarts over a set window, rather than having them all occur simultaneously. While this isn't a major concern for endpoints, it poses more of a challenge for application and infrastructure hosts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to support our end users will also allowing us to monitor and manage configuration on all our endpoints across our organization. This helps us achieve our compliance and security goals while also allowing us to provide hands on direct support to end users.

  ### 28. NinjaOne has improved our control over computers, enabling more effective patching.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like being able to quickly run scripts on devices and monitor the ongoing state of our computers. The patching system for 3rd party products is also great and keeps us patched with those hard to maintain applications.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne does not support monitoring, configuring, or managing Windows Defender on devices. This requires us to either enroll our computers in Defender XDR or implement our own solutions. Running actions in Defender are hard to monitor; meaning if I want to run a scan, I cannot see the progress or understand if the scan is even running via a remote management system. Also checking Defender update status and errors is an issue. We use Ninja to automate running Defender scripts and alert on Windows Events related but a more built-in system would be better.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By utilizing NinjaOne we are able to expand those who can provide support to our entire environment. Today, we have our Human Resources, Payroll, Health Information Management, and Epic Analysts teams using it. NinjaOne provides a quick and easy way to support our end users experiencing complex problems that are not related just to IT.

  ### 29. NinjaOne is a great tool with some rough edges - There is big potential but problems aswell

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Senior Techniker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja is easy to deploy on does implement a lot of basic helpers out of the box.
The filtering and Device view is great.
First Level Support ist great .

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are many features which are not consistent across the NinjaOne. The API can do quite a lot but here and there are missing features.
Second level Support does take ages and it is hart to get there..
The NinjaRemote Tools is not as improved as the old Teamviewer integration and lacks some feature we require.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running Automations run across mulitple customers.
Remote Support for customer for our technicaion

  ### 30. Great for Windows Management - Mac management needs improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is very easy to manage Windows workstations.
Running scripts from the back end work very well, allowing us to troubleshoot without having to interrupt an end user working.
Using Software inventory is very useful when trying to find where devices are installed.
Patch management does a good job of giving you an overview of software and OS patches; what is pending and needs review, what's installed, and what has failed.
Also, it's fairly quick with installing applications remotely, or running commands. I've seen some installations take place in under a minute.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I feel managing macOS devices still has a lot of room for improvement.
We recently discovered we are unable to uninstall software on macs using Ninja.
Also, sometimes patches fail and we do not get much insight as to why.
Another area for improvement are the reports. They are not easy to create, and the information they provide can be lackluster. For example, instead of running a report to see what applications are installed for a client, I find it easier to just go to the devices page, use the software inventory filter, and export that list.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja solved the problem of central patch management. Using the Patch management features works well, especially for Windows devices.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Its easy to use and easy to see data, has good support who respond fast, and it's pretty affordable overall.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It can be a little slow on adding new CVE's into the portal

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to patch and to remote into devices that are not close in location

  ### 33. Sensible Feature Overview, Great UI/UX, and a Simple Ticket System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Sensible overview of features/good UI/UX.
Ticket system is simple and manageable.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No AI integration to learn from resolved tickets and give suggestions how to solve them.
Remote connection is sometimes not working at all.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote administration of hundreds of devices, including patch and software automation with remote access if needed.

  ### 34. Intuitive Remote Management, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like NinjaOne's remote management and scripting features, as they are extremely intuitive. The remote management tool allows me to support customers easily and accessibly from anywhere, while the scripting features enable us to automate tasks regularly without too much overhead.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

They need to improve the reports and patching. These are currently not up to the standard that I would expect from a product of this calibre.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NinjaOne to remotely support our companies without being physically present and to patch for our customers. It helps us support easily from anywhere and automate tasks without much overhead.

  ### 35. Comprehensive RMM Tool with Easy Navigation and Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn W. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The software is user-friendly and covers the essential features expected from an RMM, such as inventory management, patch management, software deployment, and a library of commonly used, pre-packaged applications ready for deployment. It also provides remote access to endpoints, making end-user support straightforward. Navigation is simple, and you can search for devices by the logged-in user's name or computer name. Additionally, the software can query other network devices like switches and routers, retrieving traffic usage data and some health metrics. Integration with VMware for monitoring is also supported. The platform allows you to automate actions based on triggered events, such as restarting services, computers, or servers, or running scripts when specific events occur.

Support and onboarding are exceptional, offering unlimited expert sessions that can be scheduled in 20, 30, or 45-minute increments. This allows you to explore topics in depth with a support specialist who can assist with product configuration.

Deployment of the agent is quick and simple and by default it installs silently dont have to configure anything.

Another advantage is the ability to provide remote access to internal systems for both end users and administrators. You can assign specific systems for users to access remotely, which, for our Macs, is a significant improvement over relying on the Chrome remote access tool.

Patching is very easy to use and also incorporates AI to see if the released patches have issues based on internet forums like Reddit. Then you can hold these patches for a later date based off maturity .

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I think the biggest issue with the product is some of the details are missing in the inventory for instance serial numbers of monitors are not available and you have to use scripting to return that data. They just need to bring back more details on inventory items that I am used to with another product called PDQ. Does not have system imaging either. Would be nice if it integrated in to Service Desk from Manage Engine.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access for support and patching are the main issues we need to have for our servers and endpoints. Cloud based is another nice feature to support a mobile workforce with laptops.

  ### 36. Great Patch Management and Centralized Helpdesk, but Device Licensing Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John P. | IT Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I'm a huge fan of the patch management and centralized endpoint management. Within the last year, we have started to use it for our Helpdesk as well and it has really made things a lot easier for us to keep track of all the issues that come up. It is nice to have a lot of the information that we typically need located in a single interface. We are finding small things all the time that help us do things that would have otherwise taken much longer.

We also really like the idea that we can give other users access to a specific group of computers. This has come in very handy. We use this application every day, and it is the first think I log into when I come in every moning.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish there was a better way to manage the devices and their licenses. In the past with our previous RMM we could remove a device, but tell it not to uninstall. That way if we had a suspicious device we could remove it, and if it came back we knew it was valid. I have had computers that changed names that Ninja didn't realize so we had two computers with different names, that we actually the same computer.

Customer Support isn't always the best. I have had great experiences, as well as not so great. It all depends on who you get, and if you get help or a link to something to read that may or may not help you. I wasn't contacting support to help me Google something, I was looking for help.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was able to combine things that we were using multiple platforms for, into one location. There is no one application that is going to do everything for you, but this one checked all the boxes that we needed.

  ### 37. Ninja - Does almost everything

The abiltiy to answer tickets in a quick and timely manner. It is extremely useful when looking at patching servers.

Some of the features are not out of the box, however Ninja are quick to respond and will generally have what you need, eventually.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing,
Patching
End user issues
Networking problems

  ### 38. Helpful Zoom Tech Sessions

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I learn a lot during the Zoom Tech sessions. They are very helpful in using NinjaOne features.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I do have issues with the NinjaOne client stops working after an update runs on PCs. I have had that happen several times on multiple machines.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of one person trying to support an environment of over 100 workstations and servers. I can see everything from the NinjaOne platform and spend time on real issues rather than going from PC to PC running patches.

  ### 39. Easy-to-Use Ticketing and License Management That Standardizes Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The easy to use ticketing system and license management is great. Easy to standardize department workflows.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I would like to see a little more customization of the system tray ticketing system and easier to apply notifications.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a ticketing system that is robust and being able to manage everything in one spot.

  ### 40. Flexible Customization and Powerful Custom Fields

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toni G. | IT-Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I appreciate the flexibility and the ability to customize and adapt each customer environment. I also like being able to use custom fields in scripts and runbooks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No dark mode.
Abit messy overall UI/UX. Not a logic flow in each step.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device fleet management as a whole. Integrations with automation systems like Rewst.

  ### 41. Easy access to all the computer's information, even the BitLocker key

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcelo . | IT Technical Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of accessing all types of information from the computer, from the file tree, to the components, or even the BitLocker key.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Quickconnect does not always fully install NinjaOne, and occasionally, remote access presents some bugs. For example, the option to view the desktop background may be enabled, but the background only appears if I uncheck and recheck that option. Additionally, sometimes I want to access a computer that is on, but it takes a long time to appear as online in NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps me do helpdesk more easily.

  ### 42. Intuitive and Fast Software That’s Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I find the software very intuitive to use, and it runs fast.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it can be complicated to figure out how to add support agreements or set up the billing integrations.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding and supporting of clients is far quicker than our previous solution.

  ### 43. Intuitive device management and strong support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the management of individual devices and the integration of QuickConnect with already existing support tools. The interface is self-explanatory. Reliability is ensured, and the provided introductions and help videos are easy to understand and follow.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some checks were very cumbersome to integrate.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I cannot make a statement about this.

  ### 44. Single Pane of Glass That Saves Our Support Team Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne's ability to integrate several administration tools in one platform forming a single pane of glass save my support team time in troubleshooting issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne's internal reporting could be updated. To get around this, we have integrated NinjaOne's API with out Power Platform to pull the data and manage our own custom reporting dashboard.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came from a free Spiceworks platform with ads and poor integration. Having purchased NinjaOne has allowed for the IT department to become more efficient with the numerous connections with the platforms in our enviornment.

  ### 45. Efficient Remote Access for Troubleshooting, but Not a Fan of the Ninja

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** owen e. | Service Desk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It Helps to remotely access and view all users computers in our organisations to help to diagnose and resolve problems more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The NinjaOne Remote does not run as smoothly as TeamViewer did previously it lags more and has a much lower resolution

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to remotely support our staff with ease

  ### 46. Clean, Concise RMM with Easy Automation and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Compared to some of the other RMM products I've used it displays information in a clean, concise way. Additionally, it's automation is easy to understand and configure, and the support has been very responsive in the instances I've needed to contact them directly.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Utilizing multiple tabs is inconsistent in performance. The quick-glace feature to quickly check an endpoint's hostname, logged in user, LAN/WAN address was removed. Occasionally there are issues with getting signed out despite still being active.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me get effective remote access to client computers to perform support operations.

  ### 47. Seamless Background Remote Access and File Transfers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ability to remote on in background is amazing, the file transferring is useful that you can do that while running in the background.

The ability to make our own reports and even columns and filters are great.

It's a tool we are using every day.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I'm not great on the layout and design of the main page, and the lack of a dark mode can be quite straining on the eyes for myself.

Anything else I have issues with is probably a lack of knowledge using the RMM.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja is a swift and easy install that is easy to deploy, remoting on is near instant and it does show when a device comes live within about 20 seconds which is quite good,

  ### 48. Clear with good OS integration – OS patching for major upgrades can be improved

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Clear and good OS integration. Good option for external support.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

OS patching is not particularly reliable, especially with larger OS upgrades.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hardware analysis, the operating system, and the software patching are well implemented. Additionally, I like the option for remote maintenance because it allows many things to be done easily from a distance.

  ### 49. NinjaOne - A Useful, Robust Platform for Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** austin.frazee@onecompany.com F. | Help Desk Tier III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The straightforward way the NinjaOne environment is customizable, plus the ease of device management.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some settings are confusing or obfuscated, and it's missing a couple of key features that our use-case would really benefit from. Ticket tracking metrics are still underdeveloped.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our device patching management is optimized thanks to NinjaOne. We can easily deploy software and certificates, and the PowerShell/batch scripting integration is incredibly robust for us. Our ticketing is also managed by NinjaOne, which we're still trying to build out to suit our environment to the degree we would like.

  ### 50. A One-Stop Shop for All My IT Maintenance Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jun C. | Director of IT and Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

A one-stop shop for accessing all my IT maintenance needs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Remote access for troubleshooting only allows one screen per connection. If you want all monitors to be visible, you’ll need to send multiple connection requests.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT maintenance needs for small company made easy.
