## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. Centralized Endpoint Management and Automation That Saves Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is how it centralizes endpoint management, monitoring, and automation into a single, easy-to-use platform. I manage a diverse environment that includes Windows workstations, servers, VMware hosts, and remote users, and NinjaOne gives me complete visibility across all of them without requiring multiple management tools.
The automation capabilities have been especially valuable. I regularly use PowerShell deployment scripts, software installation and removal policies, and automated remediation tasks to reduce manual work. This has saved our team countless hours when deploying applications, auditing software inventory, enforcing configuration standards, and troubleshooting endpoint issues.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced administrative tasks can feel more limited than expected. For example, certain device management actions, organization changes, and platform configurations are not always as intuitive as they could be, sometimes requiring support documentation or additional steps to accomplish what appears to be a simple task.
Reporting has improved over time, but I would still like more flexibility in creating highly customized reports and dashboards without relying on external tools or manual data exports. As an administrator responsible for audits, asset management, and compliance reporting, more advanced filtering and report-building capabilities would provide additional value.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is solving several key IT management challenges for our organization by providing a single platform for endpoint monitoring, remote management, software deployment, patching, and asset tracking. Before implementing NinjaOne, many of these tasks required multiple tools, manual processes, or direct user interaction, which increased administrative overhead and slowed down response times.
One of the biggest benefits has been improved operational efficiency. We can remotely manage and troubleshoot devices, deploy software, run PowerShell scripts, and automate routine maintenance tasks without requiring hands-on access to endpoints. This has significantly reduced the time spent on repetitive administrative work and allowed our IT team to focus on higher-value projects.
NinjaOne also helps us proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users. Through automated monitoring and alerting, we can quickly detect problems such as failed services, low disk space, hardware concerns, missing software, or offline devices. This proactive approach has reduced downtime and improved the overall end-user experience.

 ### 2. Great for Vulnerability Detection and Patch Management, with Easy Policy Setup.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

As my team has become more familiar with this product, we have be using the automated script function to install and uninstall software which has greatly reduced time wasted sitting in front of computers and late night work. We primarily use NinjaOne for patch management as well as asset inventory. I would recommend NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish there was just slightly more information provided when updates/patches fail. This would eliminate downtime of dissecting any issues. It does seem however like NinjaOne is constantly taking setps to improve some of these pitfalls.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the impending deprecation of WSUS, NinjaOne is helping us to manage patches in the interim on a much more fine grained manner, and I have been told that there will be a WSUS replacement built into a later version of the NinjaOne Software. We also use NinjaOne to make sure services are running where they should be and disk space and memory are not running out of space on our devices.

 ### 3. Fast, Reliable RMM That Streamlines Support and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uziel B. | Help Desk Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We've been using NinjaOne as our primary RMM platform, and it's made supporting our clients much easier. The remote access is fast and reliable, so we can jump into a user's PC, fix the issue, and run scripts without wasting time. We also use it for patch management, software deployment, and automating routine tasks, which has cut down on a lot of manual work. The interface is straightforward, so finding devices or checking alerts is quick, and new techs can pick it up without much training. It integrates well with the rest of our MSP tools, performs consistently, and has definitely saved us time and money by making our team more efficient. Whenever we've needed support, the response has been helpful, and the automation and alerting already make day-to-day management easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isn't much to dislike about NinjaOne. I woud just say the more advanced automation features like scripting can take time to learn but no deal-breakers.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even as a newer tech I have used NinjaOne the most. I can retrieve recovery keys for clients who have BitLocker issues, I can remote in and install software, configure printers for users and even operate in the background to not interrupt their work. NinjaOne has resulted in much less downtime because of this.

 ### 4. NinjaOne - one tool, one click, one solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has provided us with a comprehensive, flexible, and readily available set of tools to manage our helpdesk and deliver efficient endpoint remediation across our organization. The breadth of its features enables us to support our users quickly and effectively, especially remote workers. It also gives our users a practical, straightforward way to request support when they need it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One feature we find highly beneficial is the ability to connect remotely in background mode. However, it still falls short of fully mimicking the end-user experience, so we sometimes still need to log in directly to the end-user UI. This isn’t a showstopper, and we coordinate with the end user to minimize the impact on their productivity.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote management has been the biggest friction point for us, and NinjaOne helps solve it. We support more than 10 remote sites, and NinjaOne’s device management tools let us dig deeper when we’re doing root-cause analysis and working toward the right solution. We also appreciate how thorough the scripting automation engine is, since it gives us the ability to schedule, run, and monitor custom scripts on a single device or across a group of devices.

 ### 5. Ninja One Makes Remote Device Management and Ticketing Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One has made it very easy to install the agent and manage remote devices through the cloud. Another helpful addition to the software is the built-in capability to use a ticketing system, which makes it easier to keep track of support requests.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

one of the downside is clunky reporting system, which does not give you much customization. The UI is pretty limiting in what you want to see but only set to a predefined list of what is already created. Also the ticketing system is pretty outdated looking, but not having the ability to customize it to your liking is unsatisfactory.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninjaone has made it easy to centralize endpoint management, remote monitoring, remote support, easy-to-use ticketing system, and the ability to see how well endpoints are patched. Being able to write scripts, remote connect, custom fields, integrate api from other third party application, etc. Has made it so much easier to manage.

 ### 6. Every aspect of our journey with NinjaOne has been amazing.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most helpful aspects of Ninja are the hands-on approachable account managers and product specialists.
If we have a query or a unique customer situation that we would like to use NinjaOne to resolve, I know I can reach out to Izgi Yesildal for a quick and concise solution.

We try and integrate Ninja into as many aspects of our business processes as we can and it has become a core part of the services that we provide to our customers. We use multiple features of Ninja every day without fail.

The integrations that Ninja provides are exactly what you would want and provide improved functionality without unnecessary clutter.

I am yet to find an RMM platform that is easier to use and understand, easier to implement into an organisation, and provides better visibility of endpoints, SaaS backups, and networks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It would be nice if Ninja looked to their smaller partners to help with beta/testing features.

We utilise or have knowledge/understanding of every feature that NinjaOne has to offer, to the point where I would consider myself a NinjaOne expert.

Therefore, it would be nice to see Ninja acknowledging this and taking advantage of the knowledge/thoughts/insights that some of their smaller partners (with high exposure to features) have and can bring to the table.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves a couple of problems for us.

1. Far greater number of endpoints to technicians. - NinjaOne solves this problem by providing our team with top tier remote monitoring, management and support tools to provide our customers with responsive and efficient support.
2. Too many portals/platforms. - NinjaOne provides us with a single-pane of glass for all of our endpoint management needs. We are able to ensure updates & patching is completed and resolve any issues remotely, we are also able to control out backups with the same platform also with generate tickets for alerts within our PSA platform. (HaloPSA)

 ### 7. NinjaOne: Powerful, Reliable, and Easy to Manage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

One of the most helpful things about NinjaOne is that it brings endpoint monitoring, management, patching, remote access, and automation into a single, easy-to-use platform. We love the capability that allows our end users to remotely access their systems when they need to access them.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We wish there was a better PSA and ticketing system in Ninja One.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and supporting a large number of endpoints efficiently. It gives IT teams a centralized platform for monitoring device health, automating routine maintenance, deploying patches, managing software, and providing remote support. This reduces manual work, improves response times, and helps prevent issues before they impact users.

For our organization, NinjaOne has helped streamline endpoint management, improve patch compliance, increase visibility across our IT environment, and reduce the time spent on repetitive administrative tasks. The automation and remote access features allow our team to support users more proactively and at scale.

 ### 8. NinjaOne: One of the Most Helpful IT Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

IT doesn't always get to benefit from their implementations, but NinjaOne is worth implementing because it provides significant help to IT. The remote support tools are awesome and it's been great to see our Windows patching and upgrades resolve over time. Pushing software to any user, at any location, on/off VPN is one of the greatest advantages.

Recently, NinjaOne added new 3rd party software patching support for 1000's of new software. This definitely makes our security team happy!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not all installations are based on a single .msi/.exe file. On the occasional times that we need to run an install with multiple files to reference, It would be nice if NinjaOne had a repository to store and reference those files during install.

For 3rd party software patching, you have to manually select what software you want to patch. Selecting all results in performance issues. It would be nice if NinjaOne allowed you to auto select all software in your environment for patching, if applicable.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Windows upgrades, software scripts were always a challenge for us. We had to spend a lot of time targeting users for an update. With NinjaOne, we push a script or update and let it do all the work for us.

NinjaOne Remote connectivity and admin tools is one of the best ways to troubleshoot someone's computer without bothering the user.

NinjaOne backups helps ensure that we preserve desktop data for our executives and managers.

 ### 9. A solid, simple, modern RMM solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UPDATE: We've been using NinjaRMM/NinjaOne since I originally wrote this review and honestly. It just works almost all of the time. A few issues here and there but support is very responsive. At the end of the day, I have other stuff to worry about besides RMM, and I don't really spend any time worrying about Ninja.

We recently migrated to NinjaRMM and I'm really impressed how simple and straightforward it is to set up. It also has a really clean, modern UI which is a big plus compared to some of the more legacy players in the market. Another big plus is that it supports disabling/hiding a lot of features that you don't want to use, which makes it easier to do a phased rollout/implementation. Lastly Ninja's onboarding services were good and their techs were helpful!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Since it is a newer player on the scene, there's a lot of rapid development going on, so some things you'd expect from a more established product might be not-exactly-how-you'd-expect-it, and you're waiting on their (admittedly, pretty rapid) development cadence to catch up.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use RMM for primiarly two things:

1) Device Management - obvious, but bares stating. There's a lot of RMM products out there and NinjaOne ticks off all the things you'd expect from an RMM product, and it's fairly simple/straightforward.

2) End user device access- ever since COVID, there's an expectation that users have a simple and straightforward way to remotely access their work devices. NinjaOne's end-user remote access support is both of those things, and we're looking forward to some enhancements coming down the line (namely SSO for end-user accounts).

Lastly, NinjaOne has a pretty simple system tray icon that can be fully customized/whitelabeled. We weren't expecting this, but we like that we can use it to make end-user communication a bit simpler.

 ### 10. Intuitive, Reliable Remote Support with Time-Saving Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jolena s. | Manager of Technology and Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes remote support, patch management, and device monitoring simple and efficient. Its automation features have saved our team countless hours by reducing manual tasks, and the alerting system helps us proactively resolve issues before they impact users.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area where NinjaOne could improve is its reporting capabilities. While the platform offers useful built-in reports, creating highly customized reports can be limiting and often requires additional manual work. I would also like to see more advanced dashboard customization and analytics to make it easier to present IT metrics to leadership.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest benefits of NinjaOne has been having our RMM and ticketing system in a single platform. Previously, we had to manage endpoint monitoring and support tickets in separate systems, which created extra work and made it more difficult to track issues from start to finish. With NinjaOne, everything is centralized, allowing our team to monitor devices, create and manage tickets, and resolve issues more efficiently. This has streamlined our workflows, improved visibility, and helped us provide faster support to our users.

 ### 11. Fast Onboarding, Powerful Integrations, and Reliable Performance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russ A. | Systems and Infrastructure Administrators, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love the remote tool integrations, scripting capabilities, and patch management. The AI recommendations for patch management seems to be good, but is not something we rely on. Onboarding was fast and easy. Price/ROI per system is competitive and fits our budget as a SMB. Performance is great and we have had no issues with being able to access NinjaOne's tools or our remote systems. UI/UX is okay, but this is where I think it needs the biggest improvements as there are some workflows that are not intuitive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

UI/UX is an issue for us. There are some work flows, menus, features that are not clearly mark as to their impact. We have put ourselves into the danger-zone with some automations features--ambiguous UI lead to user error, which lead to downtime, which lead to angry end users.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has positively impacted our IT department across the board. From system monitoring to remote access to automation. I honestly could not imagine going back to our old way of operating. We are more informed and can manage our fleet more efficiently and our end users have defiantly noticed this change

 ### 12. Clear interface, rich integrations, and ultra-responsive support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mikael.malvache@finmedgroup.com M. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Clear and easy-to-use user interface. Wide range of integrations, such as Intunes, as well as access to the API. Smooth native remote connection performance and very good responsiveness in scripts. Pricing is flexible and usage-based, allowing adaptation to the evolution of the IT infrastructure. New features are available for free testing. Support is responsive, professional, and available, in addition to the Dojo. AI features are integrated, particularly for Microsoft patches.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing to report at the moment. Some integrations are missing, like Sophos, but developments are coming very quickly.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja helps me daily with user support, managing my IT infrastructure in real-time, as well as tracking OS and software updates. I also appreciate the remote control feature, without having to use third-party solutions. The large-scale deployment of software and files is convenient, and scripts allow for quick problem-solving or diagnostics.

 ### 13. Effortless Deployment & Top-Notch OS Patching

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One is very straightforward to deploy, with the agent installing rapidly. Among the various RMMs I have used, the patching experience stands out as the best. The patching features are robust, offering options such as forcing updates after a set number of user postponements and ensuring installations occur even if a device was offline during the scheduled patch window. I also appreciate the mobile app, which is excellent for performing quick reboots and other immediate fixes. Third-party application patching works well, too. This can be done through NinjaOne managed update lists or through WinGet.

As a long term update, we have been through multiple major version updates, and I continue to be impressed by the quality and rapidness of the updates from the NinjaOne team. They continue to implement meaningful features that improve the product. Still happy with our decision to move to NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The main challenge I've encountered with NinjaOne so far is the lack of granular permissions. There have been situations where I wanted to enable a specific feature for our service desk team, but to do so, I was required to grant access to several additional features as well. This may make certain features unavailable to give to certain roles if you need to lock actions down very specifically. Another drawback is that the Linux agent currently falls short when it comes to automatically installing or enforcing certain AV/EDR providers, and it does not yet support NinjaRemote. I have been informed that NinjaRemote support for Linux is in development, so I am hopeful that this will be available soon.

On the MacOS side, patch management can feel somewhat divided between NinjaOne's managed patching and patching through the NinjaOne RMM, which can make it challenging to determine the best approach for your particular environment. MDM configuration can be somewhat of a pain point and can be difficult to learn. Additionally, we have rolled out some Android devices into MDM it did take some trial and error as well. The descriptions of certain toggles can be confusing, and it can be unclear which additional things may be affected. I hope that more functionalities can be moved to built-in toggles and less managed by custom payloads. The NinjaOne team is always more than willing to meet with engineering to help work through these and that has helped overcome a lot of this for us.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The NinjaOne platform benefits us through its features around patching, monitoring, remote support, remote access, AV enforcement, and drive encryption key management.

 ### 14. Ninja One Changed Our MSP Game

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dondre L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The single-pane-of-glass visibility is what stands out most. Being able to see all customer environments at a high-level overview, then drill down into specific endpoints in a few clicks, has cut our triage time significantly. For an MSP-style operation supporting multiple federal and commercial clients, that consolidated view is essential.
A few specific things that have delivered real value:

Automated patch management runs reliably across mixed Windows and macOS fleets, and the policy-based approach means we configure once and let it execute against the right device groups without constant babysitting.

Remote access and scripting are tightly integrated, so our technicians can jump from an alert to a remote session to a remediation script without bouncing between tools. The built-in scripting library plus the ability to deploy custom PowerShell and Bash scripts at scale has replaced two separate tools we used previously.

Alerting and conditions are flexible enough to tune out the noise. We've configured threshold-based alerts that route directly into our ticketing workflow, which keeps our SOC analysts focused on real issues instead of chasing false positives

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Currently nothing. The tool has been a pleasure so far.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, we were stitching together multiple point tools to manage endpoints across distributed client environments one tool for patching, another for remote access, a separate scripting platform, and yet another for monitoring. That fragmentation meant slower response times, inconsistent reporting, and licensing costs that kept creeping up as we added clients. Documentation lived in one system while alerts fired in another, and our technicians spent too much cycle time pivoting between consoles instead of actually resolving issues.

After standardizing on NinjaOne, those workflows collapsed into a single platform. We can now provision a new endpoint, apply policies, push patches, run remediation scripts, and remote in to troubleshoot from one console. A few specific problems it has solved for us:

Slow incident response. Mean time to remediation dropped noticeably because alerts, remote access, and scripting all live in the same pane. Our technicians no longer chase context across tools.

Patch compliance gaps. Automated patching with policy-based scheduling has pushed our compliance rates to near 100% across managed endpoints, which directly supports the CMMC and NIST 800-171 controls our clients require.

Tool sprawl and cost creep. Consolidating onto NinjaOne let us retire several overlapping point products, which simplified vendor management and reduced overall RMM spend.

 ### 15. Love working with Ninja

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I use a lot of the reporting features. I enjoy how easy it is to get the information I need in a simple, easy to read report that I can also use in client meetings. Our customer support over the years has been wonderful as well. It is nice to have real people to speak to when we are having a problem.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The one issue lately I have been fighting with is the Warranty line for the devices. When I am renewing server warranties with Dell for example, the dates in Ninja don't update unless I hit the refresh button next to the end date. If I forget to do this and I run a new report looking for expired server warranties I get bad information.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Ninja gives us access to our clients devices all in one space. It is a time saver! The remote tool helps my technicians serve our clients in an efficient manner.

 ### 16. The top as a basic solution for MSP, efficient and scalable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric A. | Directeur Technique, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

A complete, scalable solution tailored for MSPs, with a responsive team. Ninja has significantly increased our efficiency (deployment automation, ease of use on endpoints), and centralized information (inventories, reports).

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not much to criticize about the solution. The ticketing solution still lacks a bit of maturity. We would have liked an associated SOC solution more oriented towards SMEs and the French market.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic and centralized deployment (script, application)
Complete inventory of client parks (software and hardware)
Automatic report
Efficient and financially attractive control over Endpoints
Management of system and software updates
Vulnerability management
Ergonomics

 ### 17. Ninja One - A capable and solid RMM Enterprise IT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake U. | Business Technology Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2021

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Continuous updates have added new features, the AI analysis of patches has made patch management easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Listing of locally installed printers would be useful.
Lot's of UI improvements recently led to a cluttered interface and the hiding of certain features behind menus that were front and center previously.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A management system for our workstations, most heavily used features: BitDefender for AV, Ninja Remote for RDP, Patch Management, Asset tracking, Policies, scripts.
Now offering Bitdefender GravityZone integration as well as their own remote app, which is superior to Splashtop.
We also use Backup on select workstation and works pretty smoothly.

 ### 18. Reliable, Simple Remote Access That Streamlines Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe M. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What we like best about NinjaOne is its reliability and simplicity for day-to-day operations. We primarily use it for remote access and monitoring system resource usage, and it performs consistently well. The interface is straightforward, making it easy to quickly connect to machines and identify issues without wasting time. It has helped streamline our workflow and improve response times when supporting clients.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At this point, the main downside with NinjaOne is really our own lack of deeper understanding of the platform. It offers more features than we’re currently utilizing, and we know we’re not taking full advantage of everything it can do. More accessible or structured training would help us close that gap and get the most value out of it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us solve the challenge of managing and supporting multiple systems efficiently without needing to be onsite. The remote access allows us to quickly connect to client machines, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in real time, which significantly reduces downtime.

The monitoring of system resources also helps us proactively identify potential issues before they become bigger problems. Overall, it improves our response time, reduces unnecessary travel, and allows us to support more clients with the same team.

 ### 19. NinjaOne RMM: Intuitive, Reliable Automation That Boosts IT Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amir F. | Endpoint Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne RMM has been a game changer for our IT operations. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to onboard our team without a steep learning curve. We’ve especially appreciated the reliability of its remote monitoring and management tools—everything runs smoothly and consistently, which gives us peace of mind when managing multiple endpoints. Automation features have saved us countless hours on routine tasks, allowing us to focus more on strategic work. On top of that, their customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful. Overall, NinjaOne RMM has significantly improved our efficiency and visibility across our infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne RMM works well for general monitoring and management, but we’ve struggled with its software rollout capabilities. The process isn’t very user-friendly, especially when trying to deploy applications at scale. Setting up deployments can feel overly complex, and troubleshooting failed installations takes more time than it should. Compared to other tools we’ve used, the lack of flexibility and clarity in the rollout workflow has been a noticeable drawback.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One area where NinjaOne really shines is remote support. Controlling remote sessions and jumping in to help users on demand is straightforward and efficient. The connection process is quick, and the tools available during a session make it much easier to diagnose and resolve issues in real time, which has been a big plus for our support team.

 ### 20. Ninja One. Manage your device fleet easily and organized. Indispensable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alfonso B. | Responsable del Departamento Técnico, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

For us, Ninja One has been a revolution.

It allows us to maintain, monitor, update, and provide agile and fast support to all our clients' device fleet in an organized and simple way.

From case management, integrated remote access on the platform, device updates, the ability to create custom automations and scripts. Everything in Ninja One exudes an air of simplicity and ease that allows us IT administrators to perform quality work and, above all, facilitate tasks that previously took us much more time and caused more inconvenience for the client.

The implementation was very simple and the support from Ninja One assisted us from the very beginning with onboarding in our language, which facilitated the entire integration.

The integration with clients has been very easy and they are delighted with the protection and security they now have.

For our company, it has become our daily work center and we are delighted with the tool.

After more than 3 years of operation, we still think it is a great tool.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

For us, the ticket system needs an improvement since it is very simple and we miss basic functionalities such as being able to delete or edit private notes or being able to attach a signature in the responses we give to clients.

We would also like to be able to customize the response templates in cases to include corporate imagery.

Even so, the system is fully functional and receives updates frequently, which helps to refine little things.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before starting with this product, we found that the maintenance and management of our clients' device parks took us a lot of time and involved many repetitive tasks.

We needed several third-party tools and platforms to do the work, which made management very difficult for us. Since we have Ninja One, we have everything integrated within the same tool, and our management of the device parks has become much easier as we have been able to automate many of the processes that required us to invest a lot of technician time to complete.

 ### 21. Indispensable product for IT administrators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo S. | Técnico-Consultor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how easy it is to use and everything you can do from a single place. You can check the status of devices, apply patches, automate tasks, and even provide remote support without any hassle. Everything is well organized and you don't have to keep jumping from one tool to another.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

What I don't like so much is that it's not easy to set up at first. Although the platform is quite intuitive overall, there are certain things that could be better explained or more automated.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us solve typical IT management problems, such as equipment control, patch installation, or lack of visibility over the status of systems. Before, we had to do many of these tasks manually or use several different tools. With NinjaOne, everything is centralized, so we save a lot of time and avoid errors. For example, if a device has a problem, we can detect and fix it remotely without having to be physically there. This greatly improves efficiency and allows us to focus on more important tasks.

 ### 22. All Customers in One Place with Easy Remote Support and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

With the update to NinjaOne 14.0, we will be able to install the software on Linux devices our customers are using. Previously these computers had to be skipped and only the Windows and Mac users could be monitored on NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Having the ticketing software for users have a menu before getting directly into the ticket screen. Most users are put off from the massive wall of text boxes directly after clicking on the logo of our company. Having an initial screen where they can click on a button that says "Write a ticket" would let the user know what they are getting into without us having to show them every step of the way.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating reports is the main thing we get from NinjaOne. The information from activity also allows us to know when is a good time to push updates with our customers.

 ### 23. NinjaOne does everything!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Group IT Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja's ability to streamline our endpoint management is priceless.
From Windows desktops to Android device management, NinjaOne does it all.
The Apple and Android MDM capabilities are what really sets NinjaOne miles above the rest, to be able to manage all of our devices irrespective of platform is a game changer.
The real-time performance metrics are incredible and allow my team to manage all of our endpoints quickly and effectively, saving time, money and valuable resources that we can deploy elsewhere with the knowledge that NinjaOne has us covered.
The number of integrations is also really good, be it end-point security, remote management or backup, NinjaOne has it covered.

The on-going development of NinjaOne is also great to see. In the 4 years or so that I've been using NinjaOne, it's developed so much, so it's exciting to see where it will be in the next 5 years!

A shout-out to or account Manager, Marco. He's always approachable, knowledgeable and down-to-earth - such a great guy!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It's hard to say, I like all of Ninja's features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software Patching - We can ensure patch compliance much easier with NinjaOne than we could with WSUS.
Reporting on software patching is very good too.

Proper RMM - Giving us full metrics of devices as and when my team need them.

MDM - Managing both Apple and Android devices in the same platform as our Windows endpoints is really useful.

 ### 24. Flexible Remote Management with Easy UI and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Their remote management solution is flexible and helps us manage all of our digital assets. We have been able to streamline our onborading process and appreciate their responsive support team. Their UI / UX is easy to navigate and understand. They integrate with all our systems and have been happy with their performance for the price.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only issue I have with the platform is not having a single "universal" agent install file. Since we're a smaller size company (200~ assets) with a mix of Apple, Windows, Windows ARM, iOS, Android... and installing the agent as devices come through our department... I'm constantly building an install agent for that specific "location" and sneaker netting it to the device.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to manage our inventory via spreadsheet and memory. Using their RMM solution makes it much more dynamic and integrated into our workflow.

 ### 25. Robust all-in-one platform: monitoring, patching, and deployment simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddy S. | Responsable Informatique, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

An incredibly robust all-in-one platform. NinjaOne radically simplifies monitoring, patching, and software deployment. The interface is designed for technical efficiency, and the reliability of the agent allows us to maintain our network with great peace of mind. It is the ideal central tool to orchestrate our IT and security from end to end. Integration with all operating systems or platforms. Very good technical support and regular guidance on products and new features. Honest pricing. Their product correctly integrates AI.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

After several years of use, I have not encountered any drawbacks with their products.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, patch management and routine maintenance were extremely time-consuming and error-prone manual tasks. We struggled to keep all systems up to date. Today, thanks to their automation policies, everything is done in the background. We have transformed days of manual work into automated processes, saving us easily about ten hours a week. The main benefit is that our team is no longer in a reactive mode or "firefighting," but can focus on higher value-added IT projects.

 ### 26. Easy to Use, Quick to Deploy, and Excellent Automation for IT Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajan K. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Excellent customer support: The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when issues arise.
Cloud-based platform: Since it's cloud-native, there's no need to maintain on-premises infrastructure, and it's accessible from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Third-party integrations could be broader: It integrates well with many tools, but there are still some platforms I'd like to see supported natively.
Alert tuning requires effort: Default alert settings can generate more notifications than needed, so some fine-tuning is required.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increased device visibility: I have a clear view of device health, performance, and inventory, making it easier to manage the IT environment.
Less downtime: Proactive monitoring helps detect potential issues early, minimizing disruptions and improving system reliability.

 ### 27. A Game-Changer for Managing and Updating All Devices from One Portal

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that I can manage all my company devices from a single web portal, whether those devices are PCs or mobile. Deploying applications to these devices and keeping everything up to date has been a game changer, because I no longer have to physically visit each user. I’ve been able to update both applications and the OS from the comfort of my office, and I can also schedule updates to run after hours.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, I honestly haven’t found anything I don’t like.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, managing updates was a nightmare, but NinjaONE has solved that problem for us. Updates used to run in the middle of the day and pull users away from their work; now I can schedule scans and installations after hours instead. The interface is also straightforward for me, and it makes it easy to provide leadership with updates on our overall device health.

 ### 28. Clean UI, Seamless Integrations, and Powerful AI-Driven Patch Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Singh I. | ., Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The simplicity of the software, UI interface is so clean and easy to manage and work with . Integration with 3rdparty vendors have made it eay for us to manage everything from single platform. Performace of ninjaone rmm is amazing , real time activity logs are simplest to read. Ninjaone has helped us to reach amazing ROI because with all in one platform solution helped us to not to go to different vendors for supporting our customers. NInjaone support and onboarding have also helped a lot along the way wherever we were stuck. The patch management using AI and AI driven analysis has made our technician's life easier when it comes to patching devices as it provides information regarding KB articles and more which reduces risks and enhance the stability.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Fancy Modern Theme missing, ninjaone should bring more fancy themes for customer matching the AI modern market. Also Dashboard should have option to reject KB articles using KBs instead of going in policy. Moreover MFA timeout should be increased . Ninjaone technicians should be able to disable the ninjaremote toast bubble which appears after connect to clients machine. THere should be an option to hide that for some clients.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping us reducing complexity and switching between different vendors. Automated patch management is big for us.

 ### 29. Stable remote tool and efficient patching – NinjaOne saves us a lot of time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias K. | Auszubildener als Fachinformatiker in der Systemintegration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The biggest advantage of NinjaOne for me is the direct work on the system level. We can distribute scripts and patches in the background, which greatly facilitates client management. The rollout process and onboarding of new devices are excellently implemented and save us a lot of time. The integrated remote tool runs absolutely stable and offers top-notch performance for remote maintenance. Thanks to the clear interface, navigation in the console is self-explanatory. And if a question does arise, the quick and competent support helps immediately.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Although patch management usually runs smoothly in the background, error analysis can sometimes be a bit tedious. When an update fails on a client, one wishes for more detailed error messages in the console, instead of having to occasionally sift through local log files.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest advantage of NinjaOne for me is the strong combination of comprehensive endpoint management and cloud infrastructure. For a company with multiple locations like ours, the cloud solution makes management incredibly easy and limitless. The integrated patching works excellently: updates and scripts can be conveniently controlled centrally and rolled out completely unnoticed in the background at the system level. This not only saves us countless hours of manual work but also ensures a consistently high level of security across all locations.

 ### 30. Efficient Patch Management and Intune Integration with Great Support and Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea F. | IT Infrastructure manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninjaone is really useful with its patch management module that with Intune integration, is really efficient. It also gives an opportunity to be able to launch and release scripts on all PCs with agents on board as well as to be able to connect remotely on them Also other strengths are support and price

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

In NinjaOne I would improve the user interface for device management

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ninjaOne helped us solve to have opportunities to carry out patch management in a suitable and safe way. Thanks to this, the biggest benefit, as well as in terms of IT security, is to be able to recover time for other workflows

 ### 31. Fast, Clear UI and Seamless Apple Business Manager Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan M. | Technical Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The UI is easy to grasp, and the features are presented clearly without an overwhelming amount of fluff. Integration with Apple Business manager took a bit to get rolling but once we're were there, it was seamless. It loads very quickly, don't have to refresh a bunch of times. Pricing is competitive, you definitely feel the value once you're using it on a day-to-day. Haven't really been able to delve to deep on the AI side of things unfortunately, too early in adoption to comment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Support has been hit or miss. Too many L1 checks - we're technicians running this thing, we don't need to cycle through rudamental checks to identify a source to the problem, though this is not a reflection on the app.

I feel the ticketing app could have better defined features that are easy for a non-technical person to understand.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The RMM features are excellent. Automation library is effectively replacing Intune. It deploys faster, is more responsive and the remote tool handles like a luxury car. We're able to delivery faster more effecient support as a result.

 ### 32. Best Windows RMM Software Systems Admins and IT Support Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan S. | IT Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a superior IT management solution that streamlines operations through a unified, high-speed platform. Unlike other sluggish RMM tools, its responsive dashboard and modern interface make managing endpoints effortless. With robust features like proactive monitoring, remote control, and seamless patch management, it has significantly boosted our team's productivity and efficiency.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There seems to be quite of agent updates, but it does allow stability and new features. We use to use URLs for automation but when an agent is updated, it breaks the URLs in our script. The work around we have in place is to save the installer package and host it internally, but the drawback with this is that the installer is installing an older agents and not the latest one available. We do update the installer manually but this is manual process.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage our endpoints with TeamViewer, but it doesnt give us all the capablities of a complete RMM software like patch management, detailed system information and assest management. With NinjaOne, it's allows us to do this and more.

 ### 33. Excellent RMM.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl S. | Desktop Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It has allowed us to catch so many things as an inventory management tool and as an MDM as far as detecting missing software. It also has allowed us to build an automation library and better manage software and updates on our endpoints, reducing the need to remote in. We find the product to be worth the cost.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We have had mixed experiences with our account reps. Our current one, Marissa Galaviz is incredible though and has already made an impact in our usage of NinjaOne. We have also had mixed experiences with support. Typically support is great for regular tickets, but when reporting errors that Ninja has caused, there can be an extreme delay in getting these issues patched and communication could be worked on as far as status updates. For instance, I've had a ticket open with them since September and have had to reach out each time I wanted an update.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved a lack of control over devices. Before, the only control we had over devices was PDQ and actually remoting in to the machine. There was nowhere to get a software inventory or confirm that devices had all the mandatory security programs. Ninja provides us full visibility into every endpoint and despite just being an RMM, has proved itself to greatly impact our security as a company as well due to the visibility and patching it allows.

 ### 34. Seamless Automation and PowerShell Scripting at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynette B. | Network Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Seamless Automation & Scripting: The ability to push PowerShell, scripts effortlessly across hundreds of endpoints with smart policy inheritance

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have some issues with the SSO on it. Its working, but the removal process when someone leaves isn't a quick sync across platforms. So I have to turn off the function for SSO in NinjaOne and remove them manually.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The intune Integration wasn't great during onboarding as I manage our Intune platform as well. My devices had allot of issues onboarding and showing up. Even after whitelisting. so think there were some kinks in that, but hoping it progresses as the folks fix the kinks.

 ### 35. Great RMM and IT management software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas P. | IT Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

-Ninja is super lightweight and robust, we have had little to no issues deploying it, and managing computers and servers via Ninjas capabilities.
-The capability to run CMD/Powershell/Registry/File explorer changes is extremely helpful.
-Very nice dashboard, easy to use and understand with guides/dojo community
-Very easy to manage and implement into the business
-So far have not had to use customer support too much, but our account manager is great and responsive
-It is my go-to everyday program for user support
-Very easy to integrate into the business

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

-Sometimes, after a computer has been inactive for a while (2+ months, and primarily MAC OS), they seem to never "check in" again, and a reinstall of the software is required to get it functioning again.
-MFA is required often, even when you are logged in. I understand security is a must, but it's frustrating when I need to enter MFA for the 3rd time in a day to run a CMD command

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Ninja is our RMM for the business, without it we would not be able to manage computers centrally, push updates, software installs, check health of devices and more..
-Allows our team to easily see IT assets within the business

 ### 36. All centralized: clear interface, remote access, and top-notch integrated backups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Florian B. | Support Informatique, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The fact that everything is centralized is a real advantage: the interface is clear and pleasant to use. I also appreciate the ability to connect remotely to computers, perform a number of actions remotely, and see any potential performance issues if there are any. The integrated backups are super useful, as is the ticketing system that we use daily in our company. Additionally, the SaaS backup connected very easily to our Microsoft environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are several things I would like to see improved in certain features. First of all, for the tickets, I would like the ticket form to be editable at the field level, which is not the case at the moment. Then, for the use of NinjaOne agents on the phone, it would be nice to be able to back up contact lists and have a tool to transfer them from one phone to another. That would be a great feature to add.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are plenty of features, and the ones that NinjaOne handles best, in my opinion, concern the management of devices that are not at the specific site where I am located. Moreover, NinjaOne often organizes interviews to keep us informed about new developments and to check if we need to discuss a particular feature. It is a tool that I use every day and that I could no longer do without to manage my company's IT infrastructure.

 ### 37. Simplifies IT Operations and Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreenivas N. | Customer Support Engoneer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

ince it's cloud-native, there's no need to maintain on-premises infrastructure, and it's accessible from anywhere.
The reports are clear, customizable, and useful for tracking system health and demonstrating IT performance.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As the number of managed devices grows, the overall cost can become significant for smaller teams.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized IT management: NinjaOne lets me manage all endpoints from a single dashboard, which saves time and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools.
Faster issue resolution: Real-time monitoring and alerts help me identify and fix problems before they affect end users.
Reduced manual work: Automation handles routine tasks like patching, maintenance, and script execution, allowing me to focus on higher-priority work.

 ### 38. A Practical Solution for IT Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naveen Y. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like that it brings endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and remote access into one place.
It helps IT teams save time by automating routine tasks.
he company seems to focus on continuous improvement by regularly adding useful features.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Since IT environments vary a lot, there are always opportunities to expand integrations with more third-party tools.
Like any fast-growing software company, frequent feature updates can require users to spend time adapting to new workflows.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saved time by reducing the need to switch between multiple IT management tools.
Remote access made it easier to troubleshoot devices without being physically present.
Automated patching helped keep systems updated with less manual effort.

 ### 39. Smooth Usability and Reliable Remote Access with Flexible RMM Scripting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | IT für KMU, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Smooth usability. It offers reliable functionality for remote access to clients and servers. The RMM functionality is more or less complete, and I can also add my own scripts.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Uninstalling the agent is possible, but I don’t receive any feedback or confirmation that the uninstallation was completed on the customer’s hardware. This would be important for properly closing out service contracts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access is excellent, and support is super fast when I need help. Update management is also very useful: it helps me avoid known issues and lets me skip specific updates when NinjaOne indicates they should be skipped.

 ### 40. Seamless, Fast RMM with an Intuitive UI and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ihsaan S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

A very seamless product in terms of RMM management and monitoring workstations at a glance. The UI is extremely easy to see and navigate through. It's not a million different things crammed onto one screen, it's divided up in (in my opinion) reasonable sections to keep a technician focused and not all over the place.

The integrations are great, I've integrated with ITGlue and later Hudu, both gave all the details for documentation (FYI Hudu captures more from Ninja than ITGlue regarding endpoint details.) Also with how growing these guys are, many vendors for other tools have detailed documentation on how to setup APIs or certain scripts.

Everything is fast, especially with their own RMM tool. Works great on both mobile and PC/MAC. They offer Splashtop and Teamviewer integrations but honestly, their own Remote Desktop tool has everything you need, from remote assistance to file transfers. You can even remote into a session while the endpoint is being used by an end user without disturbing them.

Pricing and terms are great. You don't have to pay THOUSANDS of onboarding fees (like some other options) or lock yourself into a 3 year contract. They do have a 60 day cancellation notice but honestly that's not too bad.

Their sales, onboarding, and support staff are a breath of fresh air. At least in my experience, I wasn't being pushed into buying a product, but rather approached in a way to see if my company and Ninja were compatible. I honestly did not feel pressured at all during the sales process. (Shoutout to Estefany!) My account managers have always taken care of me directly. Making changes to my account or asking features to be turned on or off is just a text or e-mail away.

I know a lot of people wonder how much AI is being implemented. At the time of writing this review they are working on an AI assistant within the technician portal, but they did just release a Vulnerability Management tool that actively scans for potential issues with out of date software or patch management, and comparing to real time data of what's going on in the world. Excited to see how that rolls out.

Oh they also have an inhouse solution for databack and image backups. Need to upgrade a computer for replace one that died for a C-Level exec who's very picky about their setup? Flawlessly download the image and boot to that image on the new computer and it loads right up just like the old machine.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

They did roll out their own "PSA" which...they already have their own ticketing system, but this "PSA" was mainly just a finance piece, and it's just not there yet. Which is sad, because many folks (especially those just starting out) are having to save up for PSAs like HaloPSA, or opt into a monster holding contract from Autotask or ConnectWise, or they gotta go to Syncro that doesn't have an integration with Ninja (Yet).

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone starting their own MSP from the ground up, NinjaOne has provided an affordable but feature rich product that has me well equipped to take on any new clients. Even when I grow I see Ninja as the premium RMM solution. Also I like not being locked into a 3-5 year contract with a ball and chain.

 ### 41. Straightforward Navigation and Efficient Remote Access for Device Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The layout is straightforward and easy to navigate, especially for device management and quickly finding the information I need. I also like that devices can be organized by organization and location.

Alerts are easy to set up and are simple to understand once they start working.

The Ninja Remote Tool is very efficient and typically takes only 1–2 clicks to access the device I need, without requiring any extra input from an end user.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are a lot of sections to navigate, but I think it may be easier to understand once I’m able to complete more training through their Dojo/Academy.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja Remote access for user devices makes my job much easier. The full machine access it provides lets me troubleshoot issues much faster than other remote tools I’ve used. The interface is very easy to understand and allows me to see any possible issues quickly. The integration and performance capabilities of NinjaOne are helping me solve common IT issues quickly.

I also appreciate the support help and onboarding process being easy. I'm always able to get help when I need it and our rep always gets back to us quickly if there are any issues.

 ### 42. User Friendly RMM Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gavin B. | Systems (IT) Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I know a couple months ago Ninja updated the device landing page layout and it has helped with getting the info you need the most right away. Also the built in Ninja Remote is great, super reliably and has more capabilities than any of the other remote client apps.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My current only dislike of Ninja is the patching doesn't seem to be consistent across all of our devices. Some devices receive updates immediately and some don't get them at all.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well I know Ninja is currently trying to come out with Kiosk mode for the MDM solution. Once that comes out we can start using there MDM solution.

 ### 43. Responsive Support and a No-Contract Partnership That Builds Confidence

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirsten E. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The responsiveness of Ali (as well as the other reps and support staff I have dealt with). The lack of a contract really makes me feel confident that they will always go the extra mile to make sure that we are absolutely thrilled with everything they offer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not much thus far. The partnership is still relatively new, and other than some growing pains and a learning curve on my part, it has gone rather well.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us grow organically without overextending. They are allowing us the tools to help our clients at a price point that allows for awesome growth for our company at the same time.

 ### 44. Simple, Evolving All-in-One RMM with a Powerful Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele R. | Infrastructure and Security Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Simple dashboard, single pane of glass, easy to use and to search things on. I like that the platform is continuosly evolving, granting new features (most of them included, without the need of purchase add-ons).
NinjaOne is a full RMM solution, being able to serve as Asset Management, Remote Connection, Ticketing, Vulnerability Management and much more, without external add-ons, and furthermore expandable with 3rd party apps.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Removal of TeamViewer as add-on was a bit of a downgrade, but I'm confident that NinjaRemote will be improved in the future, being even a better overall solution.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping us to keep our Inventory up to date, as well than patching our systems and run automated scripts on custom dynamic groups.
We are able to track device warranties, monitor their health in real-time and send custom alerts based on these and other KPIs.
The search is really powerful and able to find in seconds the device you are looking for, allowing also to save it as a custom search for later.

 ### 45. Fast, Reliable Remote Access with a Clear Dashboard and Proactive Alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernestas P. | IT Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The remote access is fast and reliable, which is essential when supporting multiple clients throughout the day. The device dashboard gives a clear overview of all endpoints across different organisations, and the alerting picks up issues like offline devices or low disk space before clients even notice. The per-device Ninja URL is also a handy touch when working tickets - you can pull up full device details instantly without searching around.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The reporting could be more flexible - it works but customising reports to match specific client needs takes more effort than it should. The policy management also has a bit of a learning curve initially, especially when managing multiple client environments with different configurations. Minor gripes overall but room for improvement.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a large number of endpoints across multiple client organisations used to mean a lot of manual checking and reactive support. NinjaOne centralises everything into one place - device health, patching, alerts and remote access - which means we can be proactive rather than waiting for users to report issues. Automated patching across all clients saves significant time each week and the remote access tool means we can resolve issues quickly without needing to be on site. Overall it reduces response times and makes managing multiple clients at scale much more manageable.

 ### 46. Efficient Endpoint Management with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAJID AHMED K. | IT Technical Support Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that it’s an all-in-one platform that makes endpoint management much simpler. Its automation features save me time by taking care of routine tasks like patching, and the remote access is fast and reliable, which makes providing support a lot easier. I also appreciate the clean dashboard, since it offers a quick, clear snapshot of overall system health.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area where NinjaOne could improve is reporting and customization. The existing reports are helpful, but they can feel somewhat limited when I’m trying to generate more detailed or highly tailored insights, which sometimes leads to extra manual work.

In addition, the initial setup and policy configuration can be a bit complex, especially for new users, and would benefit from more guided onboarding or ready-to-use templates. Occasionally, there are also slight delays in patch deployment or endpoint updates, which can affect time-sensitive maintenance tasks.

Overall, better report flexibility, a simpler onboarding experience, and stronger real-time responsiveness would make the platform even better.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to manage multiple endpoints across different tools, which made monitoring, patching, and support time-consuming and inconsistent. With NinjaOne, everything is centralized, so we can monitor systems, deploy patches, and manage devices from a single platform.

This has noticeably improved our efficiency. Routine tasks are now automated, which reduces manual effort and saves us several hours each week. Remote support is also faster and more reliable, improving response times and overall user satisfaction. Overall, NinjaOne has helped us maintain better system health, reduce downtime, and streamline our IT operations.

 ### 47. NinjaOne: Easy to Learn, Fast UI, Affordable, and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Terry K. | Remote Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of use and learning, and the continual improvements of the overall platform. It integrates well with our PSA tool, its UI is fast, the pricing is more than affordable, even for a small MSP, and I really like the AI built into patching. Any time I've had questions on use or specific parts of the platform, support has been quick and timely to get back with me.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I've used many RMM tools over the years. At this time, I have no real complaints about NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I count on this tool to keep my client environments updated and help provide remote connectivity. NinjaOne is doing everything I need!

 ### 48. All-in-One Remote Monitoring with Strong Automation and Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Test S. | IT Support, Photography, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

combining remote monitoring, patch management, and backup in a single intuitive interface. This reduces the need for multiple tools and keeps workflows streamlined. Its strong automation features help IT teams handle routine tasks efficiently with minimal manual effort, while maintaining fast performance and clear endpoint visibility. Additionally, its reliable customer support and smooth onboarding process make it a practical choice for teams of any size.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One downside of NinjaOne is that its reporting features can feel somewhat limited or less customizable compared to more advanced enterprise tools. Some users also find the pricing a bit high as they scale, especially for smaller teams. While the platform is easy to use, deeper customization and advanced configurations can be restrictive. Additionally, certain integrations and features may not be as extensive as those offered by more mature competitors.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne mainly solves the problem of fragmented and complex IT management by bringing monitoring, patching, automation, and support into one unified platform. This eliminates the need for multiple tools and gives full visibility over all devices, helping teams detect and fix issues faster.

 ### 49. The best RMM in the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hugo S. | IT Security Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has quickly become a standout choice in the RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) space, particularly for organizations seeking a solution that balances power with simplicity. After using NinjaOne, it's clear that its ease of use and quick setup are two of its most compelling features.
They also provide good customer support.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne does have some areas where it could improve, particularly in managing open applications during updates and in providing better user notifications.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne excels in providing comprehensive visibility across all endpoints and enabling quick, seamless software deployment, making it an invaluable tool for managing IT environments.

 ### 50. Versatile, powerful, and energy-efficient: an essential tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose Antonio H. | IT Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most is its versatility when using it. You can do everything you need.
Its low resource consumption and power make it an essential tool.
It is fully integrated with the software we use daily, so that's another point in its favor.
The menu it has is very intuitive, so handling it is very simple.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At the moment, I haven't seen anything that I dislike; overall, I am satisfied with the experience.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it mainly for remote application deployment and for some local user configuration.
