The dashboard / report templates are a HUGE time-saver. Before we had to create dashboards from scratch so being able to re-use templates are great. I would have given a 10/10, but there are some connections that NinjaCat currently doesn't have, which was disappointing because they are mentioned on their website. Ease of use regardless of technical abilities. Unlike other platforms, no coding experience is required with NinjaCat so anyone can grasp it and become a power user in no time!

The variety of data connections and widgets available for use + ability to import customized data are my favorite things about NinjaCat. On top of this, NinjaCat has an exceptional customer service team available at all times. If I ever have a question or an issue, I always get a response within 24hrs. There tends to be a lack of reliability of widget auto updates (they do not work well especially on the 1st of the month with automatic updates). I normally have to manually check widgets each month before I pull the reports to ensure they are all functioning properly and are not broken. I have to review the data anyways so it is not a huge deal; but, can be frustrating when the same widget breaks month over month for no apparent reason.

I have also had some data connectivity issues with certain platforms that were unable to be fixed even with the help of the amazing support team. It seems to be a bug but again hinders my ability to submit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform goes beyond the typical dashboard report, it allows for a high degree of report and dashboard customization tailored to your client's needs. The platform also has extensive native digital advertising and analytics platform integrations to bring all of your marketing channel reporting into one report. The drag-and-drop editor actually works pretty well. (I was a bit of a skeptic.) It was easy to pull in multiple data sources (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Search Console) that can't be visualized efficiently within the Google Analytics UI or Google Data Studio. (For the latter, you can absolutely pull in those data sources, but it would take longer to build a report.)

It can take a while to update the data, so as you're tweaking a metric or reports, you often spend time waiting for things to load. I don't know if there's much that can be done about that, but, overall it makes the interface feel a bit clunky.

I find the division between dashboards, reports, and templates to be a bit unintuitive. Your first time in the NinjaCat interface, you should expect to spend some time getting your bearings.
