Ninety is extremely intuitive. As an EOS Implementerr, I find that clients pick it up quickly and do not require much training. When they have questions, the customer support is quick and efficient. Ninety.io has introduced unhelpful "features" that miss the point and contradict the proven tools of EOS. Also, the language is sometimes confusing and some of the printing is very convoluted for clients (e.g. not making a 2-page V/TO a standard print default).
