No @mentions, so there's no way for others to know when they are needed or are communicated with within the platform. No global search so if you remember that you addressed something previously but don't remember if it was inside of an Issue or a To Do, then you end up wasting a lot of time trying to find it. Bugs that were reported over a year ago still aren't fixed. Very minimal configuration options, i.e. unable to add additional To Do statuses, etc. It's a very basic system. If you're a company trying to cut down on email, this isn't the platform for you. The lack of notifications or @mentions make it impossible to run 100% within te product without reliance on email. When you're used to intuitive platforms like ClickUp, the shortcomings really come to light. **What problems is Ninety.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was selected by my company for running/managing the business using EOS methodologies.
