Nimbus Marlowe is an agentic operations layer for solo and small plaintiff-side personal injury law firms (roughly 1 to 10 attorneys). It coordinates repeatable operational work—inbound voice intake, follow-up, contract review flags, case preparation, demand-letter drafts, and collections follow-up—while a licensed attorney at the firm reviews and adopts every legal work product. Marlowe is not a replacement for the firm’s practice-management system. It runs in front of systems firms already use. Clio Manage integration is live: with Send to Clio, Marlowe pushes a contact, matter, intake summary note, tasks, and drafted documents into Clio. The sync is one way (Marlowe into Clio). Direct MyCase and PracticePanther integrations are on the roadmap. On inbound calls, an AI voice agent can answer at any hour, disclose that it is AI, qualify against the firm’s criteria, and book a consultation. For web intake forms, Marlowe drafts a reply to intake form submissions for the team to review; the draft is saved in the CRM and does not auto-send by default. Pricing is published and flat per completed unit of work. The CRM is $0 and is never invoiced. Example rates: about $18 per qualified intake, $65 per contract review, $95 per matter for case preparation, $170 per demand-letter draft, and $12 per overdue invoice per month for collections follow-up. Fees are never a percentage of any recovery, settlement, or judgment. Nimbus Marlowe is owned and operated by Nimbus AI Holdings. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
