As an admin, using the software may be confusing from time to time. But I do think this will get easier overtime. We would like to see the contents of the emails to be updated more frequently, for example, the Netflix logo is an older version. The software can send the simulated attacks from ghost sender to theirselves. I would like to see this updated so that the ghost sender wouldn't receive emails from themselves. Our admins set up the entire system in a matter of hours, all our users understand it rigth out of the box (no aditional training needed), and our admins have no problem administrating the system.

As head of IT it is very easy for me to view the awarness-level for any and all users, divided into categories, offices or down to individual users. The system also integrated directly with our Azure AD/Entra solution which minimized administrative work.

We have never even had to be in contact with Customer Support, so I can't talk to their effeciency - but that is a good sign if anything. We now use Nimblr for every single employee in the office, and the system automatically makes sure that everyone stays up to date on end-user knowledge required to stay safe in todays environment. The one feature I'm missing is to manually deploy/send out selected courses - and preferably to selected users/groups. Currently everything is handled autmatically. The automatic system is good 95% of the time - but sometimes it would be good to manually send out specific courses depending on what's happening in our organization. Our greatest benefit is that the users are now more alert and the IT department gets a lot more questions if emails are legitimate. The users are constantly reminded of this with micro courses and tests with fake emails. The courses are simple to understand with its text and pictures. It is quick and easy to setup and with a license cost that is rather small compaered to the damagae a users can do if they click on unknown links on the internet or in an email. The micro courses should have more interactions with questions. Some courses does not have any questions at all. If a user is lazy, you can just click through a course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Nimblr is that it helps us strengthen our cyber resilience and comply with legal requirements. Then it is not wrong that the program is easy to use, both from an administrator and from the user's side.

Last update (2023) made my local tracking more problematic. I need to look for numbers elsewhere.

For my own part, I can think that the drawings in the courses are a little too childish. However, I have heard from the users that they think the level and appearance of the courses and simulations is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy for all users to use and understand the training sessions. Brings an visable increased IT security awareness internally. We have used Nimblr for 18 months and will continue to use it. Have just made an extension for another 18 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had a really good view and usage of Nimblr up until September 2023. From that point we can no longer trust the output that we get since Nimblr records clickrates that are not correct.
