Since most of our clients are Swedish, this feature is especially important to us. The platform is also straightforward and user-friendly. I appreciate that the content is always current, and the training sessions are concise but still manage to provide valuable information. **What do you dislike about Nimblr Security Awareness?** We have experienced some problems with our third-party email filter. Despite adding the reported URLs and IP addresses to the exception lists, the filter continues to catch certain simulated phishing emails. As a result, we still encounter false positives, with users being flagged as having clicked on the links. **What problems is Nimblr Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool helps us educate our users about cybersecurity in a way that is both easy to understand and user-friendly. This is a major reason why we choose Nimblr, because clients are largely Swedish. - Sophos Central enabled email headers for "X-NIMBLR-PHISHING", able to quickly say if an email was sent from Nimblr originating P2 sender public IP-addresses. **What do you dislike about Nimblr Security Awareness?** - No custom ability to do own templates or make your own phishing campaign, with own domain even. - People often get reminded about courses for which maybe they did indeed click on simulation, but are not engaged or not understanding the reminders. Some people might have blocked the course reminder email sender even, we have no way of knowing this. - **What problems is Nimblr Security Awareness solving and how is that benefiting you?** Common and new attacks are explained with very simple language. People are able to absorb technical information with micro courses done in a few minutes. People are able to understand CEO impersonation and other tricks and are able to verify information. They now know to call when a known legitimate person sends suspicious email, or even to not view or engage in said email all together. Employees more often mark email as junk and we have a bigger success rate with email reported as spam or malware or phishing nowadays compared to before Nimblr. ### 3. But I do think this will get easier overtime. We would like to see the contents of the emails to be updated more frequently, for example, the Netflix logo is an older version. The software can send the simulated attacks from ghost sender to theirselves. The number of simulations and courses is good. I need to look for numbers elsewhere. For my own part, I can think that the drawings in the courses are a little too childish. From that point we can no longer trust the output that we get since Nimblr records clickrates that are not correct.
