Nimbli makes QR codes and short links you can change after they're printed. Edit where a link goes at any time, and every printed code follows. The free plan gives you 25 links, each with its own QR code, with no trial that ends, no watermark and no scan limit, and free links are never switched off for being free. You get click counts for each link and an API. Pro is $6 a month or $60 a year, with 250 links, teams of up to 10 people and 2 custom domains, so your printed codes can run on your own domain. You can download your links at any time, so you're never locked in.
