It is very user friendly because the graphics are eye appealing. They also are integrated with plaid banking which adds ease of use to the product. **What do you dislike about Nimble Property?** Not all banks are enabled through plaid to work. You have to do a lot of items manually that I believe it could be done automatically through the night audit reporting. The reports seem to be a bit buggy and not as nice looking as other aspects of the program. **What problems is Nimble Property solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nimble property has helped me to provide operating statements much faster than using microsoft excel as i had done previously.
