My Experience **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2022 **What do you like best about NightPro?** We use NightPro for hosting our events and cultural seminars & get-together, it has inbuilt analytics which helped us gather feedback after the events moreover it has a great team collaborations feature that helps the team focus on the most important aspect which is marketing and sales for the tickets and crowd management. **What do you dislike about NightPro?** The price should be more competitive and lower for smaller events and meets, currently, the mobile-based application lacks as compared to the web-based version. **What problems is NightPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used nightpro for hosting cultural meets and gathering for Mahjong Clubs and different clubs at the University, we love in-built sales CRM which helped us track and sell more tickets moreover we were able to integrate Mailchimp which made custom branding for our events more accessible and increased our productivity and KPIs. ### 2. NightPro provides an awesome dashboard view to view and manage tables and reservations. **What do you dislike about NightPro?** The cost is very high for the NightPro. Even for the small event management, we have to pay a handsome amount of money. It would be good if they provide some limited access for free access. **What problems is NightPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use NightPro for managing our small event reservations in the office. It allows us to add staff information and we can easily view the attendees details at a glance. ### 3.
