The ease of use of this project management tool is commendable. At first, I was overwhelmed with the interface on how complex-looking it is. But with a little getting used to, I began to see how easy it is to set up and maneuver some tasks in the proper category. I love how it offers different views that better highlight the tasks needed. I liked the Kanban view initially but recently grew to love also the List view for its simplicity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(1) Experienced a couple of bugs like the tasks' tags/column details were not editable, saying that I've lost access

(2) There is no option to set a thumbnail for the Kanban view, always the first photo uploaded is set as the default project photo

(3) No option to resize columns as some columns don't need too much space in the dashboard Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nifty allows us to centralize take, documents, messaging and calendar all in one place. This makes working together easy and efficient in a way that you can't achieve with multiple individual softwares Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now messaging is too basic, automations are a little limited and Kanban can improve a little bit more. Android app works well but I think it needs more work to be perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed and responsiveness of the application is, to me, its best feature. Other systems we've tried tend to 'get in your way' by making you wait for screen updates, lookups, etc. Not Nifty, it allows me to stay 'in the flow' while I manage projects, tasks and people.
