The interface in the web app (or desktop app) is actually quite good. The different project views are stellar. The app, organization and workflow is well-conceived and perhaps the best I've seen. They do communicate well during outages--something that other app firms do not. I bought a lifetime license to Nifty a while back when it was offered on Appsumo.
