One of my favorite features is the integration of chat within the CRM. Chat has been implemented in other project management CRM's but the way it is done in Nifty is very 'Slack-ish'. Awesome! One of my favorite non-features is the interface. The interface is intuitive and team members are able to update me on all of their projects and tasks - all automated. As tasks are moved between statuses, there is the option to provide notifications or additional automations. Think Trello, but better. The intuitive interface allows for easy onboarding. One thing that I would like to see is the ability to change colors for the dashboard. Currently there is only options for classic, light, and dark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Nifty solving and how is that benefiting you? Nifty has replaced Asana, Trello, and Slack for us..so far. This is key since previously we would jump between applications. While the platform isn't fully customizable, it can be supplemented. Don't let some of the non-customizability deter you. Nifty understands project management in a way that I haven't seen with other applications (even full custom CRM's that employ a full time local development team - and sometimes even then the mark is missed...) Now that everything is in one spot, we make heavy use of templates. Now, when we onboard, it is one login, and only have to delete one login when offboarding. It helps improve productivity by combining all project management features on one platform. There are many task management tools out there, and there are also many team communication apps out there, but none of them merge these two functions. In my team, we prefer not to switch between multiple apps to get our stuff done. The app is not the most stable one as compared to other leading solutions in their respective niche (Slack in chat, Monday in task management, for example.) We like the ability to review all of the project's timelines. It is nice to be able to see everything via Gantt charts as well as see all of our team tasks. The best things about Nifty are the project management. We're staying focused because of the power of organizing our projects and we're increasing our output to get more from each day. Love how you can easily onboard people and from my perspective, having two companies inside of Nifty was almost too easy to navigate back and forth. Would love for notifications to go out whenever you change or add to a project to those who are assigned to the project. This may be an option in settings and I just haven't found it. Nifty is the platform I've been looking for! I can integrate all my clients and processes into one location. I haven't found anything I dislike yet. There have been quite a few excellent updates lately that I have not had a chance to get to know but that is not on them. It might be helpful to have a roundup email once a month with all the new features that have come out to make it easy to see in one place, and to click information for the relevant items I'd like to use and integrate. Before using Nifty, I had multiple platforms doing the same thing and it was a pain to keep them all updated. No matter how hard I worked, I couldn't find a way to easily connect them either, at least not effectively.
