Top Rated Nifty Alternatives
The best thing about Nifty is the active team behind it. You get amazing news almost every week, not just a few bug and performance fixes but real updates that help streamline your workflow. The user interface is extremely easy to use and understand. You can create a new project and get started within seconds resulting in a much more agile workflow where it is possible to work with as many or as few projects as you like. Because of the intuitive templates, you can easily divide huge projects into more focused ones and keep your workspaces clean when still maintaining a great overall overview. Many other tools require a lot of setups resulting in projects that grow and last forever because setting up a new one is just too much hassle. Nifty solves that problem in a fantastic way. The feature set is still a little bit limited compared to some systems that have been around longer. A few sync features and more fine-tuned settings are yet to come but the team delivers excellent improvements every week. Still, I think Nifty will be the very best, maybe not today but definitely within a few months. Let's put it this way when betting on horses would you rather bet on an exhausted frontrunner or the energic horse slightly behind? Monday and Asana are ahead in some areas, no doubt about that - but Nifty seems to be releasing great new innovations regularly. So nothing bad really, but you have to expect some changes to the workflow in the coming months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Definitely not their support team. Their billing and support team will ignore you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mostly the billing and support team as they just continue to say we will look into it and never get back to you. They charge you extra for seats you don't request for to try scam you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

however i love overall functionality in nifty but only limited tagging functionality is the worst thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nifty is simple to use, but at the same time has a lot of features. It's intuitive, so no need to get a whole training to be able to use it. In the company, we use it mainly for project management, task assignment, docs organization, and client communication. Even the less tech-savvy client is able to use it with no major issues. A few times the notifications get a little hard to find, that's the only thing I've encountered so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nifty is easy to navigate. Compared to other productivity tools. I can switch to mobile device mode when I'm not on pc and i will still get work done.
The roadmaping, timboxing and all that is not confusing. Everyone know where to go to finish their tasks. There is also smooth communication.
I like the nudging feature on the software too. I can quickly grasp the use of a feature without breaking sweat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the dark background. Then, there are too many menus to open and clicks. Some features should be merged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nifty is great tool, I would put it on the same level and league as Asana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer and technical service here is the most horrendous I've ever encountered. If you have any technical or billing issues, don't count on them being resolved. If the support team encounters any issues, they will direct you to a person named Sky, who is seemingly the only person available to help. Unfortunately, he is often unresponsive. Another thing to avoid is purchasing Nifty from Appsumo. If you accidentally want to rename the workspace and delete it to start from scratch, that's it. You'll lose your money. Moreover, nowhere on Appsumo does it mention that rebranding or deleting the workspace would result in a financial loss, even though it's supposed to be a lifetime deal. One of the best things about Nifty is that it combines all of the essential project management features into one software, making it easy for me to collaborate and stay organized with multiple teams/clients. The Kanban, List, and Timeline views allow for flexible task management, while the built-in discussion threads and document-sharing capabilities make it easy to collaborate and share knowledge across teams. Additionally, Nifty's integration with popular calendar platforms like Google and Outlook makes scheduling tasks and meetings a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some users might find the interface a bit overwhelming, especially if unfamiliar with project management software. Additionally, the platform may be missing some advanced project management features, such as resource allocation and cost tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the simplicity and elegance of Nifty's interface. Its sleek design, high level of customisation and practical features make it a great choice for any project or organisation looking to reduce the time spent organising documents and managing their workflow. In addition, its robust document management system makes it quick and easy to add files while providing an easy way to share them with colleagues on different platforms - an attractive feature that has saved me hours by not having to switch between multiple tabs every time I need something from my files. I wish Nifty offered recurring reminders or due date options. This would allow users to ensure that they always remember important tasks and deadlines, rather than relying on their own memory. By allowing the use of recurring reminders (which are removed after viewing), teams could ensure that nothing is forgotten without relying solely on individual diligence to create timely tasks. I like the most the personalizations, the ability to have the platform in my native language, which is Spanish, and they have recently also added automation through Pabbly Connect, which is amazing as it helps me streamline some of the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not entirely pleased with the fact that you are limited to using a cname through very lengthy and complicated processes and their ultimate response was, that's what we have :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reasonable price for performance.
If we compare them simply in terms of performance, we feel that Asana and Monday.com are superior. However, when looking at the balance with price, I think Nifty is more cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for the chat function, more usability can be improved. (Slack, Skype, etc. are better)
We would like to avoid integration with external tools as much as possible, so we expect Nifty's chat to become more Slack-like in usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
