Nidz is a French residential building management app, published by NIDZ SAS in Lille, that connects residents, residents' councils and property managers in one place. Residents report an incident in seconds with a photo and follow its status until it is resolved; property managers qualify it with a priority from P1 to P4 and every step sends a notification. Official announcements from the manager and the council reach every resident's phone, with polls, reactions and read tracking. A private community space hosts messaging, group discussions, item lending and activities. Property managers run every residence of their portfolio from the web, with an overview of incidents and announcements. Nidz runs on iOS, Android and the web and is used by more than 160 residences in France: co-owned buildings, serviced residences and homeowners' associations. Pricing: €0.50 per home per month for a residence on its own, on quote for property managers.
