Simple to use. I like filtering by date.

Would be great to have more options for customers to rate their agents besides a 1-10 scale.

Keeps a continual feedback loops for our customer success team in terms of satisfaction and be proactive in reaching out to the customer who didn't reply to our email but left a note in the NiceReply tool.

I really love the confirmation I get from my clients that I did a great job and made them feel good.

**What do you dislike about Nicereply?**

The reality of when there is a "bad rating" is usually because the client misunderstood the answer.  But human ego causes them to place a bad rating  - I don't like that part.

Helps us bring customer satisfaction to the forefront.

The ease of how it all works. It is nice to have a location that allows our customers to answer their own questions while also saving us valuable time in the office.

I'm the new customer service employee so I haven't gotten to find many faults yet.

A lot of repetitive questions, so it saves us a lot of time and stress.

I like the ability to gauge responses from the clients.

**What do you dislike about Nicereply?**

Not having enough information of who left the comment. Often a client will not fill out information such as their name. Also I wish the score we received were the icon faces vs a numerical value.

**What problems is Nicereply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client feedback. Shows comments from our clients to gauge clients feelings about our product and service.

It's nice having technology that can track how we're doing with our customers. Nicereply has really shown us what we are doing right and how to be better on the things that need some work.

Nothing at all. This platform allows you to fix your own problems.

We haven't had problems yet. Only opportunities to improve on with our own clients.

I have been using Nicereply for ~3 months now and have not run into anything that I dislike!

**What problems is Nicereply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are improving upon our customer satisfaction with Nicereply. We had no way to gauge customer satisfaction unless they were angry before but now we get good feedback too.

I love the fact that I can see my customer feedback and that it's directly linked to the ticket so I can see where and how I can improve. I also enjoy seeing my scores overtime.

Simplicity of customer use with our case/messaging system.

Not always being able to tell which customer left the feedback so we can review what happened.

Some feedback helps our team target certain areas that need work, both for products and for communication from our reps. It has helped representatives fine tune their wording to hopefully avoid negative experiences for customers.

Nicereply is a great way to gauge customer satisfaction! In addition to their obvious service, their blog is helpful in offering tips and tricks for a more seamless customer service experience.

You can see the message thread linked to the rating the customer gave. Trends can be seen with the graphs. Gives you averages.

Sometimes, the link doesn't work (tech issue?) but i believe everything else is pretty good!

identifying agents with best CSAT scores. Understanding where the communication went wrong, and seeing how it could be improved.

Provides a good way to keep a measure on the relationship with the client.
However, some responses unfortunately don't relate to the question asked

Doesn't automatically track who is taking the survey.
Often people will fill in the name of the success partner and not their own information

I enjoy having nicereply included in my email signature. It's always nice to have a little pick me up a few hours or day later when someone sees your email and compliments your response.

Either not all of my clients open their emails (which does not happen often) or there is an issue with some of the surveys delivering to their inbox.

Ability to measure customers service and nice way to give a customer feeling that we care about him/her.

Orientation/settings at the nicereply webpage, it could be more intuitive. Plus the graphic buttons do not appear on some email servers.

Our customers seem to like giving easy feedback, just the one click was helpful.  Very Easy to use. I did like being able to log in and see what customers reviews were.

Seems to be less customizable than the program we are using now. If we could use other characters though that would have been helpful I believe.

I would recommend Nicereply to other users looking to track their customer service.

Satisfaction scale : 1, 5 or 10...  We should have the same scale that the one used for this review : from 0 to 10. Not Satisfied, Neutral, Very Satisfied.

Sometimes numbered metrics aren't all that is necessary - this is a downfall of any platform though.

Love that it integrates with Zendesk, so you can jump right into a customers reply. Make it easy to see where your company is lacking in customer service.

I love the extra material we receive on handling clients and their responses. Not only is it a rating system it is a library for best practices.

Nothing about the product, just about the clients percentage of who actually responds or not to the nicereply.

Not much. its an easy to use tool that gives me the information I need easily and effectively.

Like the written feedback. Helps to know what to work on. Sometimes it is difficult knowing what to work on if the CM doesn't leave details on what there is to work on in the future.

Only about 10% of reviews leave a reason for their feedback

Easy to use, interface is easy to get used to.

I've encountered some API limitations which make building integrations for NiceReply pretty tricky

Nicereply allows our customers to convince on their satisfaction levels on the support they receive from us. It also allows us to improve our process if the customer is not happy.

With Nicereply we ask customers to reply with the satisfaction level which allows us to understand the pain problems of customer and also it encourages the staff members when the customer replies with the happy feedback.

I like that it's easy to see your NPS and CSAT scores in one place, you get email notifications if you choose, and the look of it is so nice and easy for the customer. 

**What do you dislike about Nicereply?**

I don't like how there is not customer data collected and given to us so we can contact those that had a bad experience and fix the situation.

**What problems is Nicereply solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm honestly seeing mostly great scores but have seen some comments from customers that are truly good learning opportunities.
