**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

I absolutely appreciate how NiceJob has streamlined my review process by automating follow-ups and review requests, allowing me to focus on other tasks without the need to manually request reviews. The setup process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the excellent customer service that assisted me in integrating the system easily, making my life simpler. I also love how NiceJob seamlessly integrates with Jobber, my CRM, which simplifies my workflow significantly. The feature where I don't have to respond after a job is completed is incredibly helpful, reducing my workload. Overall, NiceJob has been highly effective in capturing reviews, which reinforces my decision to stick with it because it works seamlessly and efficiently. Why switch when it already performs so well?

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I wish there was an easier way to reply to reviews. It would be great to have a feature where I could just push a button to send a reply, like 'thank you' or 'I appreciate you.' Having several options to choose from would make it less repetitive and more personalized, like including the reviewer's name each time.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find NiceJob automates review collection, eliminating follow-ups and integrating seamlessly with my CRM, saving time and ensuring I get all my reviews effortlessly.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

I recently had the pleasure of setting up NiceJob for my business, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire process and the results! From our very first sales call, the team was incredibly supportive and enthusiastic about helping me succeed. Each team member I interacted with was knowledgeable and proactive, especially when it came to syncing my contacts—a task that, though it took a couple of days of trial and error, was handled with utmost patience and professionalism.

The most outstanding outcome has been the influx of positive reviews from my clients. Their support and the ease with which they could leave feedback have truly made a difference. I'm grateful to NiceJob and their fantastic team for making this experience so rewarding. Highly recommend their service if you're looking to enhance your customer feedback management!

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

While NiceJob is effective for managing customer reviews, I find it limiting because it focuses exclusively on that aspect. I'd prefer a more versatile tool that also allows sending feedback forms, gifts, and referral packages to clients. The functionality to manage diverse types of customer engagement from one platform would greatly enhance its value.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob has been instrumental in leveraging my current network to gather more customer reviews. By simplifying and automating the review collection process, it has significantly increased the exposure of my business. **What do you like best about NiceJob?**

The software seems extremely user friendly for someone that struggles with technology.  The staff was so patient and helpful while setting me up.  I am very grateful and highly recommend to anyone needing assistance.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

So far there has not been much I dislike about Nicejob.  I have a few people that have submitted reviews that aren't showing yet, so maybe understanding the time frame for the review postings.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I struggle to ask my clients to leave me a Google review.  Nicejob organized my clients and sends out the notifications for me in an easy format for my clients to use.  This allows me to receive reviews more frequently and gain a better reputation.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

Configuration and onboarding is super smooth. Incredibly easy to use. Integration is great. Customer support is very prompt.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I don't love that there isnt a way to find out if people are actually happy. There should be a way that we capture someone that is unhappy, then route them to an email. So there would be two stages to filter and prevent unhappy customers from leaving bad reviews.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Garthering reviews manually is time consuming and hasn't yeilded good results.

My only dislike is how quickly it send the customer a review sometimes even when I'm still standing there with them. Awkward...
