**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

I have been using NiceJob since 2018, and one of the aspects I appreciate is the simplicity of the setup process, which was straightforward and uncomplicated. The team was friendly during the setup, which made the initial experience very welcoming. I also find the feature of asking customers for reviews on Google incredibly useful, as it directly supports my business needs by enhancing our online reputation. This capability is significant enough that it would make me consider purchasing NiceJob again. Additionally, when there was an overbilling issue, NiceJob addressed it efficiently by correcting the error and applying a credit to the account, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the new AI response feature being too expensive for me, I recognize its potential value. Overall, these factors contribute to me rating my likelihood of recommending NiceJob to others as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

I found the new AI response feature nice but too expensive for me. I would like NiceJob to include the AI response feature free of charge for long-term customers.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob assists in collecting Google reviews from customers, solving customer feedback challenges effectively.

**What do you like best about NiceJob?**

I appreciate how NiceJob has been performing well since it automates the follow-ups to acquire reviews, which is instrumental given my full schedule with other business responsibilities. I love its simplicity and how it significantly eases my life and saves time. The setup process was incredibly easy thanks to the support staff, and it only took a few minutes to get started. The software has also proven effective in addressing my problem of acquiring the desired number of Google reviews efficiently, which I am very happy about. The system's ability to save time effectively means that it almost pays for itself, which I find very valuable.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

There isn't anything significant I dislike about NiceJob. Although the service delivers value, the $75 per month price might be difficult for some to afford, especially those on a tight budget.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NiceJob to automate follow-ups for Google reviews, saving me time and mental effort in managing reviews, which significantly boosts my review numbers and simplifies my workflow.

Seamless set up and consistant coverage. Easy to set up and get reviews. It's super-easy compared to when I tried doing it manually.

**What do you dislike about NiceJob?**

There's really nothing that I don't like. Maybe the price is a little high considering how much I use it, but that's on me. I'm very happy with NiceJob.

**What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NiceJob gets me reviews and it's really driven business because our scores are rather high... I'm thrilled!

Not much to complain about, maybe just a little expensive for me as a solo business operation but it has been worth it.

Its solving the problem of having to ask customers for reviews and not to forget asking. It benefits me because its all automated for me

im a difficult guy to deal with ( i know this, LOL) if somethings not right im not happy, they made sure i was completely happen and taken care of. 10/10

there isnt much i dislike about nicejob except for the 3 week wait time, but! the product they deliver is impeccable. so worth the wait.
