NICE is very helpful when it comes to providing its customers with a wide range of features that help pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in determining how employees interact with their customers in providing them with accurate and quick customer service.
What do you dislike?
There are many upgrades that may be needed to operate nice system solutions and that may cost too much money or could take a long time to deploy before seeing positive results
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In using NICE in the past they have been very helpful in solving all issues and have provided excellent support to front and end users utilizing their software.
