What do you like best about NICE Workforce Management?

Do you operate multiple call centers on the same skill? You will find Nice Workforce Management able to solve the scheduling and forecasting for multi-site and multi-skilled environments. I recommend the software for any sized call center environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NICE Workforce Management?

The Training learning curve is steep. What worked well for us was to onboard new specialists with modules created by NICE. Once specialists mastered a few modules, you can grow their experience and impact on your center until you cover all of the training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
