    "Finally, a well thought tool designed for all customers: The simplicity of the tool itself and quick responsiveness from the customer success team. The agility in the implementation of the tool itself is a huge plus. No hidden things and also, the quest to capture a saturated market with the product that is so easy to use and implement on your products. The engineers and product managers love because it creates a minimal effort on their part for integration and security is at the highest level. We really liked the ease of setting survey's up, sending them out, and tracking who responded or not. The software is user friendly, except on the back end building the surveys out. You are able to dig into and use for evaluation and research purposes. "

The interface is very intuitive - not the prettiest, but gets the job done. The tools, starting from correct, automatic uploading of surveys to flexible report creation to efficient set up of alerts, are all powerful and readily available. Most importantly, though, Satmetrix offers the opportunity to "close the loop" with the customer. By setting up alerts for particular NPS (or other question) scores, Satmetrix allows users to then hone in on customers in peril of leaving so that those users can then take steps to solve their customers' pain points. This is the whole point of voice of customer data collection, and thus having this capability to "close the loop" is so important."

    "Ahead of the game: First and foremost: the platform itself is brilliant, its extremely user friendly and flexible.I use both CX Studio and Designer. Designer, where all the coding and rules sit is a little more complicated but with a little time getting to know they system I found myself whizzing around it in next to no time. When they released CX Studio I was over the moon, it's very very good at data visualization. Having the ability to share dashboards, have them update automatically and scheduled exports is fantastic and takes away the need to email your findings to stakeholders. I find it particularly useful when testing a hypothesis, looking back historically at changes and what is happening real time. Clarabridge are excellent listeners and are always keen to hear suggestions for improvements and completely new ideas that you really do think are long shot. They have a great knack of providing updates you didn't even know you needed which is always a very pleasant suprise. They are constantly looking to improve what is already a very good platform. I have had a sneak peak at some of the new features for the winter release and i'm very excited for it to land. The support team are great, they always respond quicker than I expect, their level of knowledge is exceptional. "

    "Smooth and clutter free setup, great team support!: It was a no-brainer for us to use this service. I had some of my friends who recommended this to me. It does the job, no clutter, no overloaded features to confuse you. Easy setup and one-click integrations for power users to push NPS data to other places like intercom/segment and all. They're coming up with a feature where you can ask promoters to review you on G2 Crowd. Ondrej, CEO Satismeter was kind enough to give me beta access for that."
