Neztio is an AI-native childcare management platform for daycare centers, preschools, and early childhood programs. It replaces paper sign-in sheets, spreadsheets, and disconnected billing tools with one integrated system. Features include real-time attendance tracking with QR code check-in, automated billing and invoicing powered by Stripe, parent messaging and announcements, staff scheduling with role-based access, enrollment and waitlist management, and classroom dashboards with daily activity logging. Parents get a dedicated mobile app (iOS and Android) for check-in, daily reports, messaging, and online tuition payments. Neztio also ships seven AI features that no competitor offers: an AI assistant that queries your live operational data, AI-generated daily report cards, smart photo captions, message rewriting, reply suggestions, weekly director briefings, and AI-powered progress report narratives. Pricing is flat per-center with no per-child fees. Free Starter plan for home daycares, paid plans from $79/month. Free 30-day trial included.
