Quotes are built from the parts catalog and signed on site with e-signature. Parts inventory is included in every plan at no extra charge, tracked at both warehouse and truck level, with low-stock alerts and a per-job record of parts used. Pricing is $59 per tech per month with no contract; office and dispatch users are free. Every job has its own page — status, tech notes, customer info, and a full activity timeline. Photos attach to the job (before, during, and after) and stay searchable, and surveys and inspections are built into the job workflow. Customer records show the full history — past jobs, photos, parts used, and notes — before the call is answered. Multi-location customers keep every site under one account. Role permissions let owners control exactly what each person can see and do. At onboarding, the vendor configures terminology, job types, and the parts catalog around the shop's existing workflow, then trains techs and dispatchers before go-live. Nexus Field was built in Norfolk, VA by a Marine Corps veteran who managed an HVAC distribution branch, after field service businesses reported existing apps were too expensive, too complicated, or built without dispatch experience. Pricing is $59 per tech per month with no contract, a minimal setup fee, and the price held for two years. Office and dispatch users are free, and parts inventory is free in every plan.
