Help Desk has been helpful in streamlining every day work through Slack. It is easy to use and its setup is easy providing various features like ticket creation and it has great ease of integration with workflows and tools helping with daily tasks making ideal to use it everyday. Support has been pretty great providing great responses and helpful.

It's not always easy to use. Some of the advanced features are difficult to discover and use through Slack. Sometimes AI needs more context as it might hallucinate.

Ease of integration and response time is top notch, with easy support and in slack integration, making it usable by even non tech people. We previously had our own on-support bot, but we were not able to scale that, so we shifted to Helpdesk+, and it's been live since 1 year.

If we could have little bit more extensibility in terms of complex workflows and live changes to an ongoing process (deployments, CI/CD), that would also enable us to extend this to our dev workflows as well.

Microsoft Team allows you to easily integrate with Jira tool using integration+, You can just search the Ticket keys and Responds to the results using Microsoft Teams.
We have used to for Higher Severity Tickets to be notified as soon as it is created on Jira, Handled it automatically within teams.

Sometimes it takes time to update the Ticket and might require multiple clicks which will duplicate the comments that are being added, which has to be manually removed by the Jira application.
There is no undo/rollback button for actions.

The Nextup integration has allowed us to reduce the turnaround time of our tickets, by detecting and remediating early and reducing our turnaround time for the ticket.

No more juggling between softwares just to seek and update information. Highest focus is given on intergation so we as an end user can work on value adding task and avoid any misses which csn be critical.

Jira Integration+ furthers one of the most important goals of Slack: bringing work together. It allows everyone in the organization to interact with Issues in Jira wherever they would like, and it facilitates conversation and discussion where it is easiest. It's also one of the easiest ways to interact with Jira issues (create, update, assign, comment, transition, and resolve) while on mobile. It's far easier to use than the Slack integration on mobile than it is to use the native Atlassian mobile app, especially on Jira Server/Data Center.

Because of its reliance on the Jira API and Slack servers, sometimes the app can take a couple of seconds to load issues or show you a view of an issue. Because of this reliance, Nextup unfortunately isn't able to fix this entirely themselves, which is the nature of this type of integration.

All actions that you can do through a typical Jira web interface can be done through Slack modals and messages. This saves a ton of time for teams and prevents users from missing notifications when clicking away from Slack.

A few features from full Service Desk/Online Portal are missing in the Slack integration, such as field default values not appearing in a ticket submitted through HelpDesk+. Limitations such as Agent responses coming through as a project admin rather than the Agent themselves, or the HelpDesk+ installer needing to be in the Slack channel in order for the integration to work. But overall the integration gets very close to what is possible using just Jira, while making it all possible to do via Slack.
