NextBill.hu is a Hungarian online invoicing program for sole traders and small businesses. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install, and every invoice is reported automatically to the Hungarian tax authority's NAV Online Számla v3.0 system when you issue it. You see the finished invoice while you fill it in, pick customers and products from your own lists, and issue pro forma, advance, cancellation and corrective invoices, delivery notes and receipts with continuous numbering per series. Recurring invoices are issued, reported and emailed on schedule. Invoices can be in Hungarian, English or German, and in foreign currency with the MNB or ECB exchange rate. Reports cover VAT by rate, cash flow, aged receivables and customer and product sales, with CSV, Excel and accountant exports. Bank statement import (CAMT.053 or CSV) matches payments to invoices. From the Entry plan, incoming invoices are downloaded from NAV; the Business plan adds unlimited invoices, 10 users, business units and a full REST API with webhooks. The accountant gets free access on every plan. The Free plan issues 15 invoices a month with NAV reporting. Data is stored in the EU, with a Hungarian provider. Operated by NextSoft Kft.
