**What do you like best about NextProcess AP Automation?**

web facing client with document images was great. Dashboards looked promising.

**What do you dislike about NextProcess AP Automation?**

customer service was terrible, we were plagued with errors and constantly had to review each invoice from the vendor to make sure we were being billed appropriately. Implementation was a nightmare, especially regarding workflows. Field was constantly complaining about ease of use.

**Recommendations to others considering NextProcess AP Automation:**

Look elsewhere, this company will nickel and dime you for support, and depending on the number of customizations you have (we had a lot) you will need a lot of support.

**What problems is NextProcess AP Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

process was easier on field prior to NextProcess, but a nightmare for the AP and Finance teams. Now the field is unhappy but everything is centralized.
