Nextofx is a cloud platform built for currency exchange businesses: exchange houses, money changers and remittance offices. Every operation (trade, transfer, expense, settlement) posts its own double-entry voucher automatically, so the general ledger stays balanced in every currency. Key features: - Real-time profit on every trade using weighted average cost, with automatic reference rates for cross-currency trades (no manual rate entry) - Multi-currency balances, open positions and nightly revaluation - Remittance payment commitments with staged payouts, plus a full module for routing local-currency payments between debtor and creditor customers - Smart WhatsApp inbox: AI reads the payment receipts customers post in WhatsApp groups and prepares vouchers; a human always approves the final entry - Full operation from a phone (web app, nothing to install) and nightly reports sent to the managers' WhatsApp group - Cash, bank and wallet reconciliation, cheque management, IBAN checks, crypto transaction lookup by TxID and AML screening of wallet addresses - Per-user permissions down to a single report or account, and an audit trail for every correction - Daily automatic backups, including to your own Google Drive or Dropbox; run it in our cloud or on your own server - Free migration of your history from previous software, with a reconciliation report Free 7-day demo with sample data, ready in about two minutes: https://nextofx.com/en/demo
