"One year with Nexthink transformed my career"
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink provides a level of insight that I never realized I was lacking. Alerts and automated solutions have transformed our support structure, to the extent that Nexthink generates more Incident tickets per month than are reported by our users. Our agents and project managers find themselves engaging with our custom dashboards on a daily basis, applying real-time metrics to simplify and augment their specific tasks and workflows.

We have made heavy use of the Application Experience and Software Metering functionality to drive our user-engagement with new and emerging technologies; especially applicable to the myriad AI and LLM tools that users increasingly rely on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

Nexthink seem to be targeted at and designed for large organizations. Dashboards that exist by default or are downloaded from the Nexthink Library present KPI summaries rather than granular details related to DEX. It can be time-consuming to manually duplicate and edit these dashboards to tailor the data to the needs of a smaller IT Management and Operations team who have a very close relationship with end-users. "Nexthink Has Become a Core Platform for DEX, Visibility, and Automation."
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

The flexibility of the platform is what stands out the most. We use Nexthink for analytics, automation, workflows, license optimization, and Digital Employee Experience initiatives. The visibility into endpoint performance and employee experience helps us to make data-driven decisions. I also really value Workspaces capabilities, which make it easier to explore data, uncover correlation insights, and quickly answer questions. Combined with integrations and workflow automation, Nexthink has quickly become a key platform in our IT operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

There are very few areas for improvement that I see today. If I had to choose one, I would like to see expanded API capabilities to allow more configuration and administration through code. Also, where Nexthink's reporting meets most of our needs, enterprise-level data modeling across multiple business systems is sometimes better handled in dedicate a PowerBI platform. "Deep Real-Time Endpoint Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

What I like most about Nexthink is its ability to provide deep, real-time visibility into endpoint health and the overall digital employee experience from a single platform. The dashboards are intuitive, making it easy to identify trends, pinpoint the root cause of issues, and prioritise remediation before users are significantly impacted. The proactive monitoring and automation capabilities help reduce manual effort, while the detailed analytics support better decision-making and continuous improvement across the IT environment. Overall, it has made troubleshooting faster and given our support teams greater confidence when resolving incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

While Nexthink is a powerful platform, it takes a significant amount of time to get the most value from it. The platform has a steep learning curve, and it can take months to mature your deployment and build the expertise needed to fully leverage its capabilities—especially if you're relying on a third-party vendor for implementation and ongoing support.

I also feel that Nexthink Flow is one of the platform's most powerful features and should be included as a standard module rather than an add-on. Its automation capabilities can significantly improve IT operations and user experience, but not having it available by default limits the value organisations can realise early on.

Another limitation is its network visibility. While Nexthink provides useful endpoint insights, its native network monitoring capabilities are relatively limited compared to dedicated network monitoring tools. Organisations looking for deep, end-to-end network performance analysis will likely need to integrate Nexthink with other solutions.

Additionally, creating advanced dashboards, investigations, and custom reports can be challenging for new users, and the interface can feel overwhelming due to the volume of available data. Despite these drawbacks, once the platform is fully implemented and the team has gained experience, the visibility and proactive endpoint management capabilities make it a very valuable solution. "One stop shop for team member issues."
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

The different functionalities that are available to end users and admins. The workspace application has helped me to use Nexthink asd a layman user and gain a better understanding of how the tool works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

I wish Nexthink were better with reporting. The application gives some insight into how team members are interacting with the tool. Howerver a more granular reporting with exporting capability would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Remote Actions and Workspace Insights Have Me Excited for Spark"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

I really like the remote actions, leveraging workspace to dig deeper and am really excited about what Spark will bring moving forward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

I would love to not track progress or value from our changes in a spreadsheet. Some what to bring the analytics and value prop into the tool would be a big improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Endpoint Visibility and Proactive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

What I like best about Nexthink is that they continuously evolve and improve the product. The UI is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to navigate dashboards and find insights quickly. Workspace AI has been incredibly helpful for analyzing issues, answering questions in natural language, and accelerating troubleshooting.

Nexthink provides a vast amount of endpoint telemetry that is crucial for understanding and improving the digital employee experience. The platform performs well even when working with large datasets, and its integrations help bring together information from multiple tools into a single view.

From an ROI perspective, Nexthink helps our team proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users, reducing support effort and improving productivity. The onboarding experience and customer support have also been positive, and the company continues to invest in innovation and new capabilities that add value over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

One area where Nexthink could improve is helping customers better translate technical insights into measurable business value. The platform provides a tremendous amount of telemetry, analytics, and visibility into the digital employee experience, but it can sometimes be challenging to connect those technical metrics directly to business outcomes that resonate with leadership teams.

While the data is incredibly powerful, more out-of-the-box business-focused dashboards, ROI reporting, and executive-level insights would make it easier to demonstrate the impact of Nexthink investments across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nexthink provides the visibility we were missing"
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink has given us an easy way to see our device data that we didn't have prior. The ability to see trending issues in our environment has been a game changer for our support teams. The product is frequently updated with new features; the support is excellent and customers have the opportunity to interact and share ideas and experiences. Integration with ServiceNow is also a great benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

The NQL language has a bit of a learning curve for beginners (but Infinity has a very helpful visual editor!) My organization doesn't have the resources to have a team dedicated to Nexthink/DEX so I'm sure we're not getting as much use from the product as we could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nexthink: Deep Visibility, Powerful Integrations, and AI Insights That Deliver ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink truly serves as a “Swiss Army knife” for IT operations. It provides deep visibility into device performance, enhanced by AI-driven insights that not only identify issues but also guide teams toward effective resolution. Its AI capabilities extend further by analyzing tool usage at the departmental level, helping us determine whether our investments are actually driving improved efficiency.

By making Nexthink telemetry accessible across a wide range of administrative tools, our IT teams can deliver a better support experience without leaving the platforms they are most comfortable using. Its extensive integrations—spanning hardware vendors, Intune, ServiceNow, and more—expand the breadth of available data, enabling more informed technical and business decision-making.

What stands out even more is the depth of data Nexthink captures, which opens up opportunities to extend its value beyond IT. These use cases have allowed us to demonstrate measurable ROI at the executive level far more quickly than anticipated.

On top of all that, the Nexthink team itself is exceptional. They genuinely listen to customer feedback, and it’s clear that user suggestions directly influence product improvements. Overall, our experience with Nexthink has been outstanding and continues to exceed expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

Becasue Nexthink is so expansive, starting out can be daunting. Keep goals small to begin with and have a few quick wins that demonstrate Nexthink's value quickly. Executive support and investment will soon follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complete IT Visibility and Proactive DEX Insights with Nexthink"
5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

Nexthink is a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tool used by enterprises to monitor, analyze, and improve employees’ IT experience across devices, apps, and the network.

It provides complete visibility into the IT environment, helps with proactive issue detection and resolution, and supports automation and self-healing to reduce recurring problems. It also offers a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) score to help track and understand the overall employee IT experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

High cost. The implementation can be complex, and there’s a steep learning curve to get up to speed. In some cases, I’ve noticed performance overhead as well. I also have privacy and compliance concerns, and integration can be challenging depending on the existing setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Digital Experience, Needs NQL Improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nexthink?

I like how Nexthink provides a trove of data about devices and the software running on them that can be applied to countless use cases across many different departments and workstreams. It enables us as a company to provide the best technology experience for our users by having the tools to pinpoint where issues are and address them precisely and even proactively. Nexthink helps our support teams troubleshoot IT issues by having data on the device, while it also shows software performance information helping our internal app teams track crashes and performance to enhance and debug those applications better. It also assists our software procurement teams in seeing application usage for 3rd party software for better software license management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexthink?

Nexthink's API and integration tooling could be more mature. Query access is rigid, and the NQL syntax has some inconsistencies across data types. I'd like to allow ad hoc NQL queries via the API instead of requiring every query to be pre-saved with a Query ID first. Standardization of aggregation syntax across data types would also be a big improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
