## Nexthink Reviews
  ### 1. Nexthink install experience in the Transporation industry.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Identifying problem trends.
Proactively fixing issues.
Works over the internet.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Deleting records is non intuitive. Must upload CSV files.

Updating library content wipes out our custom settings.

Sometimes content that is out of date or has an update (such as an RA) does not appear in the RA section, only in the Library and you are unable to verify custom settings.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disk space.
User profiles.
SCCM Client Health.

  ### 2. Leading DEX Tool for a reason

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Outside of the deep insights from our users visibly represented in their easy-to-use dashboards, their robust out-of-the-box customizable remote actions, and their fluid sentiment-gathering notification system, one of the features that I like best about Nexthink is its low code automation orchestration named Flow that allows us to quickly build logic based solutions that prevent issues from ever occurring.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Nexthink is not for mobile and iOS devices. Hopefully, they will be one day, but for now, we are isolated to laptops, desktops, VMs, etc. However, there is still a rich depth of information to gather on these devices. Only a minor complaint for now.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink helps us quickly and accurately validate or invalidate our assumptions about how devices behave in our environment. We can generate sentiment campaigns to see if our users are affected by problems and, if they are, remedy significant problems within a matter of days and already be a step ahead at preventing them from ever happening again.

Users experience problems that take time away from their days every day, and Nexthink is here to help give these users their time back.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Thank you for your wonderful review, Michael! So pleased Nexthink is improving the employee experience at your organisation and giving time back!

  ### 3. Pretty unfinished product

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

It has rather modern interface, is easy to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

What appears to be a good product is just a beta version of something not thought through. After a few months of using it reveals all its flaws and weaknesses. Lack of useful metrics, loose and inconsistent data model, limited functionalities which initially appear to be useful.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has some basic monitoring capabilities, and it is a good product if you have low expectations.

  ### 4. Data is the new gold and Nexthink provides plenty

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Infinity does a great job of providing the data to you in terms of where to begin improving your digital experience. The data can be sliced however you see fit, allowing hyper customization of metrics. Accelerate and Customer Success teams are dedicated professionals who want you to get the most out of Nexthink. There is also a drive to have you join their community and ambassador programs where you can connect with other Nexthink customers.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

The documentation is lacking in certain areas and may not match up with what you are seeing in your environment. NQL has a steep learning curve for those without any other query language experience. Pricy add-ons for features that should be included with the suite.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a lens into how our baseline applications are performing.
Guides our organization on which devices to investigate and refresh.
Allows us to track adoption rates, deployment status, and alerts for troubleshooting.
Permits customized engagement with end users, allowing us to inform of ongoing initiative.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Chris, thank you for sharing your positive experience with Nexthink! We're glad to hear that Infinity is helping you improve your digital experience and that our Customer Success teams are providing valuable support. We appreciate your feedback on areas for improvement and will take it into consideration for future updates.

Thank you for sharing the benefits you've experienced!

  ### 5. Very good tool to investigate users IT experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felix S. | Senior IT Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

It's easy to use, the user interface is super intuitive and there is a ton of templates for dashboards, remote actions and investigations in their library.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Nexthink has it's own Data Language. It's pretty hard to learn.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to install or uinstall software on multiple devices. You just create an investigation and afterwards you can (un)install software only for devices found in that investigation. Furthermore you are able to be proacitve when it comes to crashing processes or executables.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Felix,

We're thrilled to hear that Nexthink is helping you with software management and proactive issue resolution. We understand the challenges of learning a new language and are committed to providing resources to support our users in mastering NQL.

Thank you for sharing the benefits you've experienced!

- Charlotte Arrowsmith, Customer Advocacy Manager, Nexthink (charlotte.arrowsmith@nexthink.com)

  ### 6. Nexthinks consisten improvement of their Innovative Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ljubomir P. | Digital Workplace Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Nexthink helps to understand our IT infrastructure. Helps to identify and resolve problems quicker, but also to optimize the IT environement and what is most important improve the user experience.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

It takes some time to learn how to use the platform effectively. There are good articles and the community is great, but still it needs focus on the topic.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can proactively identify problems and fix them before the user notices them and they restrict their work. It helped us with some task, where we coud not find a proper way to do them with other tools like SCCM, Intune etc. which should be able to solve them too.
Recognize problems in the IT infrastructure and react in a timely manner.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Ljubomir

It's great to hear that Nexthink is helping you proactively identify and resolve IT problems, ultimately improving the user experience and productivity.

Thank you for sharing the benefits you've experienced!

- Charlotte Arrowsmith, Customer Advocacy Manager, Nexthink (charlotte.arrowsmith@nexthink.com)

  ### 7. Continuous employee experience measurement with Nexthink

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virginia W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

To drive continuous improvements, we need continuous measurement. With data captured every day, at the right time from the right people. Nexthink allows us to automate and send sentiment campaigns to colleagues based on real-time computing context, when people have their experiences. That's great!

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Nothing, really. It's really important to enable and encourage colleagues to engage, adopt and use Nexthink, to get true value out of it.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We aim to provide colleagues with the best digital workplace experience. Therefore, we need to gather continous feedback. Nexthink helps us to capture experience data every day, at the right time – when people are having their experience and in context such that it relates to what a colleague uses.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Virginia, I'm glad to hear that Nexthink is helping you drive continuous improvements through continuous measurement and real-time computing context. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

Thank you for sharing the benefits you've experienced!

  ### 8. Nexthink Review From an Engineer's Perspective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Nexthink has live dashboards focused on the end user's experience. It has device timelines with errors, system crashes, and hardware utilizations shown in an intuitive GUI. Our service account manager is eager to create custom dashboards tailored to our enterprise's needs.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

MacOS parity for Nexthink library packs and capabilities is not where it should be compared to Windows devices. Custom remote actions must be signed internally, not by Nexthink.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink is a tool to measure device performance and the end user sentiment/experience in a way no device management solution provides. For a company that cares deeply about the employee experience and sentiment with the devices they use, this allows us to make impactful, data-driven decisions regarding what devices we deploy.

  ### 9. Nexthink Infinity Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

We can see a lot of data for our end-users, relating to their Tech experience, including app crashes, hangs, login times, etc. It is allowing us to identify issues and proactively address them, ahead of user calls to the service desk. We also use the Campaign component, to gather end-user feedback.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Some of the metrics need tuning, to suit our environment, and some reports can be misleading, at odds with the actual end-user experience.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can identify issues our end-users have, to build up a picture of the key issues to tackle, and knowing who the end-users are. From this we can setup proactive alerting and investigations/fixes.

  ### 10. Nexthink delivers a paradigm shift to IT Service Delivery to a proactive environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The move to the Infnity platform takes Nexthink from being a product that delivers multiple proactive functions for supporting end user computing environments to a system that puts resolutions at the finger tip of Service Desk technicians. If you use a virtual assistant or other chat bot you can put that same power at the finger tip of the end user. Add on workflow in Nexthink and you can now proactively identify situations using investigations, communicate out to end users before they report or identify an issue, give the end user choices on how to resolve the issue by selecting a remote action to run or having the system run a remote action and then notifying the end user it is done. Last Nexthink will even create a ticket in your ITSM system for tracking purposes.

You do not need to have any coding experience all though knowing a bit of Power Shell scripting doesn't hurt. It is very easy to maintain and to build upon what you have done previously. Inaddition to all the features I mentioned above there is so much more including application experieince, software metering, and much more.

We have been a client for over 4 years and their support and partnership to make our deployment a success is as good or better than any other product I have ever used. They truly act upon the idea that our success is their success.

We ue Nexthink everyday throughout IT for trpubleshoot, problem resolution, reporting. CMDB updates, Sw upgrades, License management, Surveys, and so much more.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

It is hard for me to identify anything I dislike about Nexthink. The advances they have made with the new Infinity cloud based platform have resolved all of my concerns.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is improving the service our front line technians are able to deliver
It is improving the accuracy of our IT Asset Management. This is critical for collecting machines back and making sure people get new computers when needed most.
Speeds up the rollout of required software updates. Engage function let's us easily get the users attention without sending another missed email and easily delivers reports on the stragglers who put off updates
Identifies system issues and enables the roll out of solutions to all systems with the same configuration in a matter of minutes
Proactive identification and automation decrease the number of tickets that need to be handled by a human
Software metering identifies users who have but are not using applications. This enables the easy removal of software with a quick communication out to the user that the license has been removed and can even offer a way for the person to get the app re-installed if it is still needed.

There is so much more but these are some of the key ways Nexthink is benefitting our technology environment.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Nexthink! We are thrilled to hear about the positive impact it has had on your IT service delivery and overall technology environment. It's great to know that the Infinity platform has addressed your concerns and provided valuable features such as proactive issue resolution, software metering, and streamlined IT asset management.

We appreciate your loyalty as a client for over 4 years and are delighted to hear that our support and partnership have contributed to the success of your deployment.

If you'd ever like to share more feedback about your Nexthink experience, I'd love to connect.

  ### 11. Great Product, always improving.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The product provide great insights and is always improving based on feedback and ideas from customers.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

That you cant import or drag and drop a spreadsheet for an investigation.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

proactive remediating of regular issues. Application experience insights.

  ### 12. Great Tool for Workplace Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Nexthink offers deep insights into the workplace environment.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

New Infinity SaaS platform still lacks some features of older on-prem version. But Nexthink is working on fixing that.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

detecting and solving issues in the workplace environment. Focus on user perspective. Gives deep insight into the client which other tools that focus on network or server side do not.

  ### 13. Nexthink - Leader in Digital Employee Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Nexthink is a lightweight agent that provides so many details about endpoints.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Wish there were more native fields collected rather than having a remote action. For instance, viewing installed drivers on devices. Instead of having remote actions for audio, network, display, etc, it should be collected by the collector and available to query directly within the NQL data tables.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping devices up-to-date with drivers has been a huge benefit for us. The remote actions run silently in the background and keep all drivers up-to-date to enhance user experiences.

  ### 14. Driving Truly Intentional End-user Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan G. | Senior Director End-User Experince & Technology Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Nexthink allow support and operations teams to peer deep into the end-user estate like never before and see what is truly going on at the keyboard. This allow for making data driven support and operational decisions in moments and compresses the time it would normally take to get from incident to resolution. Very easy to deploy and implement, great customer service and support and integration to other enterprise platforms has pretty simple, we have hundreds of people using it daily!

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Not really a downside, but, unlocking "expert level" insights requires a person to learn the Nexthink NQL model and language. The platform is still incrediably useful if you don't learn it, I can attest to that personally. This will become much less of a neccessity in 2024 as the product moves to add new capabilities to the platform that make it easier for normal humans at all levels of the orgnaization to gather insights from the tool.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink is helping to fill a critical gap for our compnay and our ability to drive highly intentional Technology Experinces through extremely deep and rich performance telemtry and insights that we have never had before. Almost like giving L1, L2 and Even L3 support technicians and engineers super powers!

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Dan, I am delighted to hear that Nexthink is filling a critical gap for your company and providing rich performance telemetry and insights. It's fantastic to know that it's empowering your support technicians and engineers to deliver highly intentional technology experiences! Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Nexthink.

  ### 15. Nexthink enables a more holistic view of your digital environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Nexthink grants a view of the environment that other tools simply cannot. It views the experience from the perspective of the endpoint, granting the administrator insights into what issues are affecting the user base in their daily work. It also allows for better communication and interaction with the user base, allowing the team to focus in on what is important to the users, not just what IT perceives as being important.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

It can be difficult to sift through the enormous amounts of data that it presents and identify what issues are the most relevant and important to focus on. Additionally, if the corporate IT culture is not one of cooperation, it can be hard to ellicit change within the organization.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink has enabled us to get a view into issues that were occuring in our environment that we had no visibility on prior. Issues that weren't be reported to our service desk, but were having a real world perceivable impact on our users. Issues with drivers crashing, performance, stability, conflicts between tools, etc. It also is extremely powerful at employee engagement, enabling us to communicate with users in a fashion that is both timely and visible, and cannot be filtered out like email.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! I’m delighted to hear that Nexthink has provided you with insights into previously unreported issues, offering a unique perspective unlike any other tool. Additionally, it’s wonderful to know that Nexthink has facilitated improved communication within your organization.

If you'd ever like to share more feedback about your Nexthink experience, I'd love to connect.

  ### 16. I may be addicted to NexThink

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

NexThink will revolutionise the way we work, and I am excited to see what heights we can reach.
When we first brought in NexThink, the amount of data coming in made us struggle to see the wood through the trees, but after an investment in time and training, the potential of what we can achieve with this application is outstanding.
The development team have clearly thought heavily about customer experience when creating this application, which is really key to what we want to achieve.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

I think the NQL language is a bit clunky. I am slowly getting my head around it, but that has taken more time than I had hoped.
I think there may need to be more resources on using this, or maybe even think about delivering some out-of-the-box investigations in the NexThink Library that we could use as "Starting points" to help us develop our own bespoke investigations.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For my specific job role, the amount of Helpdesk tickets is a problem. We feel like we are costantly fighting fires.
We've started delivering some Remote Actions that run based on an investigation that detects issues with user's machines, which is allowing for some automated "self-service" incident resolutions.
This is benefiting us by reducing the amount of calls coming into the Service Desk. With more of these Remote Actions, we can drastically reduce the number of calls in the future.

  ### 17. Your IT health on the Fingertip

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Team Leader, Corporate IT Helpdesk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Fast, reliable info about any device in our business (if its turned on) Dashboards with the needed information Alerts for anything that should be checked

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

It's hard to say that i dislike something about it. It's more like I'm missing something in it, but they are working on it, so I'm quite happy with the product

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink helps us spot IT issues before they become major problems. It gives us real-time insights into system performance and user experience. This proactive approach has reduced downtime and frustration for everyone, making our IT management more efficient and improving overall productivity.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Michael,

I am glad to hear that Nexthink is providing you with fast and reliable information about your devices and the necessary dashboards and alerts. Thank you for sharing the benefits you've experienced!

- Charlotte Arrowsmith, Customer Advocacy Manager, Nexthink (charlotte.arrowsmith@nexthink.com)

  ### 18. Monitor and Observe your business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The tool provides outstanding ability to monitor devices in your business, you only need to install a collector on the device to start observing in real-time. The collector is lightweight and almost unnoticable with regards to CPU, Memory or Bandwidth. The tool offers easy integration with your ITSM, my company uses ServiceNow and haven't had issues.

The people working on the tool are continuously working to make it better and listening to the feedback from customers.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

It's not enjoyable when you face a hard-coded limit (i.e. number of users, number of allowed remote actions, ...) but this is expected in IT environment as resources are not infinite.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to monitor big number of devices, get alerted about issues and easily perform remediation on many devices with one-click.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> It's great to hear that Nexthink is helping to improve monitoring and remediation on your devices. We're committed to providing valuable solutions for our users. Thank you for sharing your experience!

If you'd ever like to share more feedback about your Nexthink experience, I'd love to connect.

- Charlotte Arrowsmith, Customer Advocacy Manager, Nexthink (charlotte.arrowsmith@nexthink.com)

  ### 19. good product with good customer focus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** André S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

With a very good and clear user interface, the product closes the blind spot in terms of the digital experience of the end user and the performance of the hardware and software in the company.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

If you could take that as a negative point... I would like to see the product developed even faster, although things are already making very good progress and this is being communicated very transparently (roadmap).

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink offers great insight into support and increases the time it takes to resolve problems. Furthermore, it enables us to offer a proactive IT service and thus significantly optimize the systems and constantly increase end-user satisfaction.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Hi Andre, so glad to hear that you appreciate the Nexthink user interface & the transparency of our roadmap. Also so pleased to hear that Nexthink is helping to increase end-user satisfaction and optimize your systems. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Nexthink!

- Charlotte Arrowsmith, Customer Advocacy Manager, Nexthink (charlotte.arrowsmith@nexthink.com)

  ### 21. All your EUC information in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Des C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Clear information on what is going on across the environment
Remote Actions
Very good engagement/support from the Vendor
Easy collector deployment/updates

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Session timeouts need more granularity
Lots to learn to make the software useful ( although good onboarding process from Nexthink)

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are pushing towards proactive monitoring, solving the issues before the end user is aware. This reduces the overall number of tickets.

DEX score means we can present easily understood numbers to management, showing trends and ssetting targets.

Lots of functions which we will be exploring over the coming months.

  ### 22. Nexthink First Impressions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

Excellent training resources, proactive support and account management. Easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

The NQL data model is not always intuitive.

Nexthink was implemented in our business 3 years. Since then, it has transformed our day-to-day work and view of our business needs. The DEX specifically has driven countless proactive initiatives which would not have been possible before, the coupled up with Library Packs of Remote Actions, has made many quick, impactful changes to the way we operate, and ultimately spend our time.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

There's not much to dislike about Nexthink, but an easier way to track costs saved and track value when implementing a change would be very useful.

  ### 26. Great product feature set and helpful consultants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

AppLearn Adopt had a good feature set, but we are particularly looking forward to utilising version 2.0 released in Q4 2023. It brings a number of administrative and end user improvements.

The analytics available in the solution have an impressive breadth and depth, and practically every time I dig around in the analytics I discover a feature I hadn't fully appreciated the power of, or a set of insights that gives me a direction to explore internally around the use of AppLearn Adopt.

Working with AppLearn over the past year has been an enjoyable experience. They have regularly been on hand to answer queries and to 'get the job done' when there have been challenges beyond their control, and to advise on options and strategies around the use of the Adopt product and features.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

In version 1.0 of AppLearn Adopt, some of the configuration was quite technical or onerous for a typical administrator who might want to set up content. With version 2.0 this looks to have been addressed and I am looking forward to first hand adoption internally, particularly with regards to linking content to objects on the page, and applying translations.

Again, version 2.0 looks to resolve this, but version 1.0 was not really geared up to support the typical enterprise environment model of transitioning content between environments. This caused a good amount of additional effort, mainly for AppLearn consultants, but it will be really good to have this in place this coming year.

What would be nice is greater insight and control on some of the back end features. There are certain elements where we are reliant on support requests to do or check things on our behalf. Having more access for a set of administrators would facilitate that - but it may be I am simply an exception in wanting that access and level of insight into the configuration of our instance.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to deliver guidance and support in the flow of work to colleagues is an element of our learning strategy that we are actively growing. Taking the 70-20-10 model of 70% of learning occurs on-the-job, 20% from colleague interactions, and 10% from formal training, traditionally learning and development has been focused on the 10%, formal training. That remains incredibly important, but being able to tap into the 70% on-the-job training

Having a way to directly tap into the 70% on the job training and support colleagues in their development while being in the flow of work brings with it a huge potential. Now not all of the work people do involves online systems, but in an ever-expanding digitally-driven and connected world, we all find ourselves increasingly operating in this area.

Being able to bring advice and support to colleagues in the flow of work has several benefits. Some of these are hard to measure, but follow logically from the intended use and user feedback.

1. Keeping the user in the flow of work so they are able to benefit from being able to remain focused on the task at hand.
2. Reducing interruptions to other colleagues in the flow of their work.
3. Reducing the creation of support tickets.
4. Through analytics being able to get indications of where user interaction issues may be occurring, or indeed, have been resolved.
5. Reducing formal training requirements as we know additional in-app support is available to help with, for example, less freuently encountered processes.

  ### 27. Nexthink Product Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | Senior System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The visibility and agility of the product is a complete game changer for monitoring, digital and user experience, and even incident and problem/sev work.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

The data retention and NQL queries should be more robust. Would like to be able to run RAs more or less frequently than current constraints based on use case.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many problems.

Self healing and automation for common issues that the user never even knows are occurring.
Self service opportunies for less common situations -- now working to embed into a chatbot and KB system.
Monitoring and visiblity for major and critical services and apps.
Remediation of issues both sev and minor; both app and system; both network and security.

If you can powershell it, NXT can do it.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Thank you for your thorough review, Michael! It's fantastic to hear that Nexthink is having a positive impact at your organisation with self healing and automation. So excited to see what you do next for self service with embedding the chatbot!

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The support that Nexthink provide, right from the start, at getting Nexthink up and running and getting the most out of the product, is very good.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

It can be a bit overwhelming at first to know where to start, due to how much data it collects and can analyse.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're quite new in out implementation of Nexthink, but it's already highlighting areas of improvment, that we've been able to correct with a tangible difference to users experience.

  ### 30. Best digital experience management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The team provides exceptional service and support. They are always available and respond quickly to our queries. They connect on regular basis to discuss the pain points and help our team in tackling them.

I worked on Application Experience Module and below are the things I liked about it

•	Nexthink enabled us to monitor the performance of applications and identify the root cause of any issues faced by users
•	With its advanced features, we swiftly determined the underlying application issues faced by the users and took prompt action to resolve them using remote actions and campaign features
•	Whether it's a slow-loading page, access issue, or any other related issue, Nexthink empowered us to investigate the issue and remotely trigger the necessary actions on the user's device to address the problem effectively

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

There is no such downside, to better understand and analyze the data one has to learn NQL quering which is a custom query language used in Nexthink.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I worked on Application Experience Module and below are the problems it helped us with:

Nexthink helped us with effective license management for the applications, which helps with cost savings.
It also helped us with proactive alerting of the issues, which helped the applications team to resolve issues below application outages and service tickets.
It improved the employees productivity on the application as necessary actions were taken by the team when dex score reduced.

  ### 31. With Nexthink, we boost productivity and reduce IT issues effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

I haven't encountered any notable issues with Nexthink.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexthink solves several key problems including: it issue detection, user experience insights, proactive monitoring which collectively enhance productivity, reduce downtine and improve user satisfaction.

  ### 32. Nexthink is a game changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

I really like the ability to integrate with Amplify as well as using campaigns. We've been able to remove applications, notify users that they need to reboot, their wi-fi strength is weak and various other things. We've been able to save a lot of time doing manual work.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

They are constantly improving which is a great thing. However, it sometimes is difficult to keep up with all the changes and updates.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with campaigns has been beneficial. Often times we don't get the message across within emails and we are able to target specific users that need to get a particular message rather than emailing a large group. This allows us to target who we want and remove the noise from others.

**Official Response from Charlotte Arrowsmith:**

> Thank you for your positive review about Nexthink. I am glad to hear that you find Nexthink's integration with Amplify and the use of campaigns beneficial for your organization.

  ### 33. Nexthink Analytics is the future IT support model

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2023

Live Dashboard gives a clear picture and realtime analytics of the IT issues
Proactive problem identification on large number of devices and remediation
This tool can be adopted by all the support streams such as Service Desk, GOSS, Wifi and any other support group
The tool integration with Service Now or any other third party tool makes it easier for agents to resolve issues immediately without the user's interaction

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Still lot more developments required such as Windows Feature upgrade invoking
Invoking Windows updates on a monthly patch cycle
This also has to be integrated with Ms Endpoint Analytics as the large part of the organisations use MS products

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live Dashboard is helping us to monitor the compliance issues such as
Crowdstrike missing from the devices
Antivirus missing on the devices
Bitlocker disabled or unprotected devices
This shows us which devices need remediation which is a regular routine for a company like us. The remote action really helps to remediate the devices remotely without the users interaction
Nexthink analytics help us to proactive identify problems such as over heated CPU devices and high memory consumption devices, Battery healthy and the device health. This helps us to take the decision for a hardware Refresh
Nexthink Integration with Service Now and Chatbot is really helping to save productive hours by running the remote action remotely to solve the issues

The ability to find issues and create automation and self help to address those issues. The campaign aspect also allows direct employee engagment.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

The insight it gives us into what is actually happening, or happened on our end points and infrastructure. Rather than us fumbling in the dark at times we have actual insight and data. This helps us make deciusion on devices/upgrades and allows us to take remote actions or campaigns.

The interface is pretty easy to read and use, and our team have been able to pick up the 'language' side and create their own scripts too.

The support we've had from Nexthink has been very helpful too and alwayds avialable to us.

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Nothing to dislike, so can't reallyenter much in this field. The only thing I guess is the now expectation that we can resolve all issues immediately

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were unable to see the issues our users were experieninc or have some kind of 'record' of what had happened. We now have that to work with but also to use to proactively prevent issues before they happen

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Nexthink?**

So much information. We only use about 50% of the functionality and that still justifies the cost.
This is something that is in daily use in our team of 7-10. Initial training for new users is very quick as it's so easy to pick up and get the key information we need.
If you're then prepared to put in the extra effort then the

**What do you dislike about Nexthink?**

Too much information! Very easy to get sidetracked and needs a lot of time investment to get the best out of it

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Site based performance issues - have quickly been able to discover the source of network issues when they are caused by on site data transfers. It will also just as quickly rule out the network if that is not the issue
Asset management - Keeping track of who has what asset and where it is

Unless you have advanced knowledge of NQL and or a heavy engineering background you will only utilize 10-20% of what the platform is capable of.

**What problems is Nexthink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NexThink helps us see issues that we are having at a very high level then dive down into what specific systems are our worst offenders.

NQL could be a little easier to use. It is used to create custom investigations

We needed Nexthink to provide valuable data about end users machines once they were sent home during the pandemic. Nexthink allows us to see things like blue screens, crashes, ISP performance, wireless signal strength, among several other things like CPU usage, and disk queue length. Having a SaaS platform means we get features added almost every month.
