Nextforms is an online form builder with workflows built in. You build the form, and every submission can start a workflow that does the follow-up work, without a separate automation tool. Build forms with text, email, phone, date, file upload, multiple choice, rating, scale and NPS, signature, address and calculated fields. Show or skip questions with conditional logic, pipe earlier answers into later questions, split long forms across pages, and repeat a group of questions once per guest or line item. Calculations and lookup tables work out totals, scores and quotes as people type. Address fields follow the layout of the respondent's country, with autocomplete from Google Maps. Collect payments through Stripe, one-off or recurring, with a fixed price or an amount calculated from the answers. Nextforms adds no commission. Workflows run when a form is submitted: branch on answers, send emails from your own address, add rows to Google Sheets, a Notion database or an Airtable table, post to Slack or Microsoft Teams, or call a webhook. Approval steps route a request to the right person, who decides from an email link with no login, gets reminders, and can send it back for changes. Nextforms is also an app in Zapier, Make and n8n. Responses land in a searchable table with Excel export, and every plan includes unlimited forms and unlimited responses. Live forms can be edited without losing data: each change is saved as a new version. The free plan includes the form builder, workflows, payments and integrations. Pro adds team workspaces, approvals, your own domain and address autocomplete, and removes Nextforms branding.
