What do you like best about NextBee?

Its help you in creating a community according to your segment.

360 degree approach which includes retention , increasing lifetime value ,brand advocacy, new customer acquisition and much more you thing and it is there .

What do you like best about NextBee?

We use NextBee's CX360 module for customer loyalty and have been for a few years. We are very pleased with the solution. It is integrated with our CRM so there's no manual management required. There are some defects in NextBee like Lack of processes and intelligible security. Various projects can be assigned without a moment's delay so you can get pulled in such a large number of headings. We started working with NextBee to get our customers to post on social and create some social buzz around their vacation photos. We really went into the development with some vague ideas, but their team really offered the support both on strategy and the software side to launch the program. What do you like best about NextBee?
