**What do you like best about NextBee?**

Its help you in creating a community according to your segment.
360 degree approach which includes retention , increasing lifetime value ,brand advocacy, new customer acquisition and much more you thing and it is there .
Also the best thing which I like is service there is full time account manager , developer who take care of each and every thing from start to launch.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

There is nothing to dislike in this website as every marketing tool is available there to promote your product .It help me in increasing my sales through promoting my product to end user.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

The application is user-friendly with a fluid design. NextBee is the platform to test your campaign ideas on how you plan to engage your audience. This platform helps you understand how is the loyalty of your customers.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

The platform needs a lot of time commitment to learn to get the best out of it. Apart from it I have nothing to dislike about this platform as of now.

To better understand your marketing effort for better user retention and user loyalty than I would suggest you to use NextBee platform.

The best use of NextBee for us has been driving our brand retention among our core users. It has given us to work on our core issues and problems so that we better user retention.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

NextBee is uniquely positioned to map business objectives of engagement with workflows that are powered by engagement science. The product provides rich set of features to drive user engagement as well as very extensive set of metrics and analytical insights that help optimize the program. The accounts team is always responsive and available to help and goes beyond expectation to help get results.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

Since, the product is continuously getting new enhancements and features - it requires some time commitment to learn about new features and functionality that can be incorporated to improve the program.

**What problems is NextBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using NextBee to drive loyalty from our current user base and accelerate our word of mouth marketing efforts. We have received significant results on both end in getting better retention and referral based new business growth.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

I've been working with NextBee for almost a year now. In the time that I've worked with them, they've proven themselves to be, professional, knowledgeable, very responsive, and extremely easy to work with. 
They ate very efficient, and always complete our requests within the agreed upon timelines.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

There's nothing that I dislike about the NextBee team.
They're great!

**What problems is NextBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're my Vendor for the fulfillment of gift cards. This is a great relationship as my customers are able to get their gift cards quickly and with minimal to no issues.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

We use NextBee's CX360 module for customer loyalty and have been for a few years. We are very pleased with the solution. It is integrated with our CRM so there's no manual management required. We also work with our account manager on ongoing optimization and they have been on top of industry trends.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

There's a lot to the admin dashboard so it requires a bit of training to get used to the navigation and tools but seems they have now updated that so it is more intuitive.

**What problems is NextBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we ran a loyalty program internally which required a lot of manual efforts and they automated completely. So we have experienced both higher adoption and performance but significantly low management cost.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

NextBee is an incredible work environment, learn, and team up and most team members are rational and simple to communicate with to complete things. Additionally, an extraordinary occasion to work with some large brands as they utilize our commitment and reliability stage for deals, showcasing, or inner worker reward programs. NextBee is extraordinary for empowering the improvement of new skills, giving job freedom (accomplish the work, be beneficial and the day is generally yours to plan), and finally for putting resources into what's expected to manage the work.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

There are some defects in NextBee like Lack of processes and intelligible security. Various projects can be assigned without a moment's delay so you can get pulled in such a large number of headings. In any case, convey and be adaptable and it very well may be fun and managed.

**What problems is NextBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NextBee's business began as a solution instead of a proper strategy. Have been using the NextBee app and so far very impressed with the fluid user experience and overall design. I frequently visit the app to see what new challenges are available and it is constantly updated by their team.

Nothing so far. Our team loves it and could not be happier.

It seamlessly allows businesses to run challenges focus on growth and social and allow end users to complete and earn rewards so it's a win-win.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

We started working with NextBee to get our customers to post on social and create some social buzz around their vacation photos. We really went into the development with some vague ideas, but their team really offered the support both on strategy and the software side to launch the program.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

Nothing really..the only thing I would say is there are a lot of features to pick from so sometimes it is a bit confusing to figure out what makes the best sense for our company, but there was a lot of support from their side to help us pick.

**What problems is NextBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were facing an uphill battle in the travel industry and with new client acquisition.They improved our social presence which helped increase customer traffic.

**What do you like best about NextBee?**

We initially started working with NextBee a couple of years ago to host our referral program. Our tech stack was quite unique and they were really the only ones open to customization based on what we wanted and we have had no issues since.

**What do you dislike about NextBee?**

Nothing specific but the launch took a bit longer then we expected, but that was more due to internal delays.

**What problems is NextBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really we wanted to increase lead generation through partner and customer channels which is definitely something we have significantly improved.
