**What do you like best about Next Insurance?**

Next Insurance integrates with Rippling, making it easy to manage employee pay changes in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Next Insurance?**

Setting up new employees requires emailing their support team with data already entered in Rippling. If you submit a question to their support team and have follow-up questions causing the ticket to span multiple days, you'll likely speak to a different person each time. If you have questions about how WC class codes are assigned, they don't really have an answer. Expanding the number of codes offered per state is a difficult process.

**What problems is Next Insurance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Next Insurance makes it easier to allocate workers' comp insurance per payroll period.
