If you submit a question to their support team and have follow-up questions causing the ticket to span multiple days, you'll likely speak to a different person each time. If you have questions about how WC class codes are assigned, they don't really have an answer. Expanding the number of codes offered per state is a difficult process. **What problems is Next Insurance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Next Insurance makes it easier to allocate workers' comp insurance per payroll period. ### 2. The time consuming task of filling out Acord forms is something we trying to move away from whenever possible. Their rates are very good and they are transparent about what is and is not covered. **What do you like best about Next Insurance?** We like to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to insurance technology. Next Insurance goes a great job of providing simple and affordable insurance solutions for contractors in a manner that is efficient. They have markets for almost every state and we can complete a quote proposal in minutes instead and having to go through the old fashioned way of submitting paper applications. **What do you dislike about Next Insurance?** I would like to see more markets in their risk appetite but I'm sure that will happen over time. Although their rates are competitive, I would like to see them come down a bit more when compared to some of the larger carriers. Endorsements are little bit of a pain b/c you have to contact their customer service team to handle any after sale requests. **What problems is Next Insurance solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, Next Insurance solves the problem of quoting time. What usually took a very long time to quote a contractor, is now done in minutes. They do a great job of simplifying the quoting process allowing our agents to get a quote back quickly in order to make a sale. ### 3. Their live certificate of insurance is great, too, for events and projects. **What do you dislike about Next Insurance?** Nothing! I can't say enough good things and I have referred a number of businesses and associates. It's truly one of the best risk management related marketplaces around. **Recommendations to others considering Next Insurance:** A fast, free quote is minutes away. It's worth the request. **What problems is Next Insurance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Next drastically increases access to affordable, fast business insurance for small business. We refer clients to them and use them ourselves for our business. Our 1099 workers benefit from It as well. ### 4. This allows our company to reduce timing. **What do you dislike about Next Insurance?** The turn around time is a bit long, but the response time is always in the background of our day to day tasks so its not a terrible inconvience. **Recommendations to others considering Next Insurance:** If your company deals with handling 3rd party merchandise, Next Insurance will be your best friend. **What problems is Next Insurance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Needing to pay out of pocket for any inventory losses or other losses that would come out of the dirext company profits. This has inproved our productivity in that there is less time processing losses. ### 5.
