The best part is their targeting approach. They helped define our TAM and then used intent data from our 6sense tool to narrow the audience. With this we were now targeting the in-market buyers and that significantly improved the results of our Outbound efforts.

The overall process can be a little overwhelming as we would have long sessions to discuss our targeting, but the results make up for this.

ResponsePoint made demand gen seem very easy. Earlier we were juggling a bunch of disconnected tools, and struggling with following up and low engagement with our leads. They built an integrated ABM engine that provided a seamless solution. We were able to reach out to a high-volume of leads with personalized conversations and were able to make optimum use of the tools in our tech-stack.

If I had to find a downside, I’d say that their system is very comprehensive which requires more input from our end. But once we got started, it was pretty hands-off which was a relief.
