It, by far, has the most robust collection of information on real property records of any service out there. I use it every single day for prospect research and gift capacity rating analysis. Because it is so large and so complex I often have to figure out what is and isn't in LNDP. I guess I just would like a more robust training program focusing on specific resources for everyday prospect research work. Just a preference. The search feature is powerful, and I can find so many news articles dating many years back. The real estate records help gauge wealth capacity. Nexis for Development Professionals is a must have for any database oversight team. It is our number 1 tool to use for researching prospects to ensure we are tracking the correct person, have the right address and to determine if they have passed away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a need for caution when researching within Nexis. Just because a data point is shown as current, such as an address, does not mean that it is. Further research within the Nexis profile or other tools may be necessary to determine for certain. Additionally, parent/child relationships sometimes get tangled when a parent buys a home for the child or the parent and child have the same name. Looking at the data wholistically is a must.
