NexiBook is an all-in-one booking and studio management platform built specifically for Pilates Reformer, yoga, fitness, and wellness studios. Founded in 2024 in Timisoara, Romania, NexiBook was created to address a gap in the European fitness software market: studio owners were paying USD 300-700/month for US-based platforms like Mindbody or Momence that offered no local tax compliance, no native language support, and charged significant platform commissions on every transaction. NexiBook takes a different approach. The platform charges 0% platform commission -- studios pay only a flat monthly subscription (starting at EUR 19/month) plus standard Stripe processing fees (approximately 1.4% + EUR 0.25 per transaction). There are no annual contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hidden costs. NexiBook provides equipment-level scheduling. Studio owners can assign specific Reformer machines, Cadillacs, or other equipment to individual time slots. Clients book a specific piece of equipment, not just a class. NexiBook requires prepayment at the time of booking via Stripe. Combined with automated WhatsApp reminders and SMS reminders, studios using NexiBook report an 85% reduction in no-shows. The NexiScreen add-on allows studios to record live Zoom classes and publish them to an on-demand video library. Studios using NexiScreen report earning EUR 150-300/month in passive income from class recordings. For studios operating in Romania, NexiBook integrates natively with SmartBill and Oblio for e-Factura ANAF compliance. NexiBook offers four plans: Solo (EUR 19/month), Studio (EUR 49/month), Studio Pro (EUR 99/month), and NexiScreen (EUR 99/month). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
