I also like for a base monthly rate we have everything we need to help automate our front office. Before we used a different company that every piece of software was an added monthly fee. I like that NexHealth is fully integrated with my EMR, which makes managing patient appointments and communications so much easier. It takes the workload off the front desk by managing the calendar for patients easily. I also appreciate that NexHealth has more feature functionality than the previous product I used, Doctable, and it adds more value to my practice. The initial setup was fairly easy, which was a plus.
