We’ve also seen fewer no-shows thanks to automated reminders, and having everything integrated in one place has made day-to-day operations smoother. I use NexHealth for patient communication and eForms, which port over perfectly to Open Dental Imaging and write into Open Dental as it should. This wasn't the case with our previous provider. Texting with patients through NexHealth usually gets a faster response than a phone call, which saves us time. We haven't experienced any issues with NexHealth, and it's been a positive experience from onboarding to 'graduation.' The initial setup of NexHealth was extremely easy for my team. The software is intuitive and works and integrates with our other software very well. Software developers seem to take feedback from actual dental personal and the software is user friendly as well as increases productivity without being clunky and annoying. The cost is a bit restrictive and I wish there were more customizable packages. but otherwise I am happy overall. I do miss the support department that you could speak to a tech right away. when we are having an issue with the software I don't appreciate the new support routing change especially for the high cost of the software.
