**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

NexHealth has been a great addition to our workflow. It makes scheduling and patient communication much more efficient, and the online forms have significantly reduced paperwork and manual data entry. The platform is user-friendly for both staff and patients, which helps improve the overall experience on both sides.

We’ve also seen fewer no-shows thanks to automated reminders, and having everything integrated in one place has made day-to-day operations smoother. Overall, it’s a valuable tool that supports both efficiency and patient satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about NexHealth?**

While NexHealth has been very helpful overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, data exports and reporting can feel limited, especially when trying to access detailed responses from forms. Additionally, certain features may require more customization to better fit specific workflows.

Occasionally, there can also be minor delays or challenges with integrations, depending on the system being used. Improving flexibility and reporting capabilities would make the platform even more effective.

Their online scheduling platform makes it easy for our patients to book appointments anytime, anywhere, which has boosted convenience and overall patient satisfaction. The system is user-friendly and integrates smoothly into our management software.

We didnt feel that the waiting list option which is part of the package would be beneficial to our office.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

The software is intuitive and works and integrates with our other software very well. Software developers seem to take feedback from actual dental personal and the software is user friendly as well as increases productivity without being clunky and annoying.  I describe it as driving a mercedes vs. other vendors that drive like 1974 chevy with no ac.

**What do you dislike about NexHealth?**

The cost is a bit restrictive and I wish there were more customizable packages. but otherwise I am happy overall. I do miss the support department that you could speak to a tech right away. when we are having an issue with the software I don't appreciate the new support routing change especially for the high cost of the software.

**What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexhealth helps our office serve patients best with integrated forms, payments, and consent forms. It saves our staff time and makes it easy to update patient information and schedule patients appointments for them.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

Our office loves that it instantly synchs with our software. We also love the ability to send and receive photos via text. Also the AI feature in the campaign area is awesome! Finally, our on boarding specialist, Ecom was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. 10/10 customer service.

The waitlist process is a bit confusing on how to filter out appointments.

In the past we had to manually import patient record updates. We love that it does that for you. It is saving us so much time. Also the ability to schedule online is helping keep our phones quiet.

The ease of use. I also like for a base monthly rate we have everything we need to help automate our front office. Before we used a different company that every piece of software was an added monthly fee. This is not only more costly but takes more time to keep track of from an acounting standpoint.

I wish the app for the phone was a little more user friendly like the desktop version is.

**What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need for a part time front desk. With the new check in kiosk we are able to close the front office window to answer phones if need be and the patients can still continue with check in so that we do not slow the back down.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

I love how the Support Team are very attentive and address all of your concerns very quickly and in a timely manner. There is no issue that goes unresolved. Plus, their platform is just one you cannot forget about-- it's super easy to maneuver around and if you are not the most tech-savvy person, then NexHealth's platform is the one to highly consider. Messages/Text to patients are like an Email format, where you see their name in a bubble, and the huge message history opens up, including the automated ones sent. 
Their 'Home' button has all your patients listed for the day in order of the time they are arriving for their appointments. You can easily take payment from the Home screen, see if their insurance was verified, to quickly turn on/off the Review toggle and Reminders. It's really all there and SUPER simple. 
Their Insurance Verification feature is TOP NOTCH! When I say, their Insurance Breakdown form is organized, it's VERY organized-- I can tell that someone who used to work in Dental field helped plan this breakdown because it's straight to the point and you see the information you quickly want to see first. Comparing Dentrix's insurance breakdown form w/ NexHealth, NexHealth is our absolute favorite! It's just pleasant to the eye and super easy to read. 
Now, our absolute favorite feature is the Waitlist-- you have that one week where the Hygiene schedule is just falling apart w/ more than 10 cancellations, the Waitlist feature will be your savior by sending out a blast to all your patients who are waiting to get in sooner for a cleaning, or any appt, and the patient who selects the new appointment first will automatically be book! NexHealth will add the appt for you in your PMS; the entire feature is like a lottery and it's fun to watch those holes get filled up while all you did was click a couple of buttons, instead of calling patients one-by-one... SAVING YOU LOTS OF TIME! WE LOVE IT! 
Lastly, their Payment feature is one of a kind. You can send a patient an automated text w/ their balance and the reason (service) of why they have a balance. In other words, it will show their balance is coming from an uncovered Exam, so they easily remit payment and saves you a phone call from the patient asking 'why'. You also see your A/R in a list and with a click of a button, you can send out a blast to many patients who have balances-- especially the younger crowd who prefer a bill electronically instead of paper. For the older generation, it plays out well, but many like paper, so you find that it works well for them, too, as they see it twice: a email/text and one in the mail. Once they receive the one in the mail, they are calling you to remit payment, no questions asked. It has made it simple in many ways and very easy for everyone to adjust.
In all, NexHealth has advanced in many ways to make it easier for the Front Desk staff, and practice, to have a much more easier and convenient way of running a dental practice-- especially with our PMS.

NexHealth has improved a lot with the past (3) years of doing business with them-- it's hard to find one.

**What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the issue of the constant holes are schedule tends to develop over time. It's also helping with our A/R-- you see it in front of you and with a click of a button, you can comfortably send an electronic bill to the patient as they will see the reason for their balance and also will all be under the same text message chat, so they know it's not spam.

Not able to use all the phone numbers in our EMR system. Wish we were able to customize the recall system further.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

I like the features and the customer service at NexHealth, especially when it comes to Ecom Lu. Customer service has been attentive and responsive anytime we've needed anything and helped walk us through many steps, answering any questions that myself or the doctors have. This exceptional support and going above and beyond really made the experience outstanding. The setup was also extremely easy, thanks to the wonderful customer service.

**What do you dislike about NexHealth?**

The only thing that could be improved is how we leave reviews. This was extremely difficult and hard, and I think this is, like, a poor representation of company to company.

I use NexHealth for our two dental locations, and it handles our day-to-day operations.

I’ve had some insurance verification issues, especially with the system not recognizing certain policies. The reminders are helpful, but it would be nice to have a confirmation option when saving the dates. There are delays sometimes with the syncing of Eaglesoft.

Syncing with software on forms and payments. Online booking helps access for appointments to new/existing patients.

The whole platform is very user friendly. The onboarding process was straight forward and helpful. We were supported through all aspects of the set up. Support was there immediately when we had follow-up questions. Ecom is the best and his fast responses kept us moving forward.

I have no downsides yet, everything is great.

All of our forms sync directly with the software, we used to have to sync them manually. The messaging is great. Sending open hygiene appointments out to mass patients at one time is wonderful. It saves so much cold calling time to fill openings.

As a dental office manager, I’ve worked with many service representatives over the years, and I can confidently say that Marco and Curtis from NexHealth stands out as one of the best.

From our very first interaction, Marco was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. We’ve been using NexHealth primarily for online booking, and while the core functionality has been great, our team was initially hesitant about expanding to use more of the platform’s features. Marco took the time to walk us through everything in detail never rushing us or pushing a hard sell. He carefully explained how each feature could integrate with our workflow, always tailoring his suggestions to meet the specific needs of our practice.

What really impressed me was Marco’s diligence and responsiveness. No question was too small, and every email we sent received a thoughtful, prompt response. He made sure we felt fully supported and informed every step of the way. His professionalism, product knowledge, and clear communication made a potentially overwhelming process feel manageable and even exciting.

Just went live today- best thing thing so far has been Tony Lam! But looking forward to how easy it is to navigate and utilize communication with patients and also collecting payments easily.

Nothing yet! Everything seems to be great and exactly what we need to improve our office.

Requesting payments!!!! Our old software Dental Intelligence removed that feature after we had been utilizing it for 4 years and now requires us to pay for the "add on" feature.

I like how NexHealth syncs with Dentrix, allowing me to save time and easily use both platforms together. I am really excited about the billing platform and how it keeps track of bills for us. I appreciate their friendly and helpful team, who got us up and running quickly and made the dashboard easy to use. The onboarding team was particularly helpful and made the setup quick and smooth.

This is much better than our previous software. The customer service and onboarding experience were excellent, and the integration process was seamless.

So far, we haven’t found any downsides with Nexhealth.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

We are loving the ease of use of NexHealth digital forms...it's been great to contact Cust Service and get a rep to walk you through how create or update a form and understand our needs.  We recently started using the Payments feature...the implementation process was a breeze and we haven't looked back from our previous provider.   We also love the messaging feature that allows us to set up an unlimited number of "auto texts" -- we use those daily!

**What do you dislike about NexHealth?**

Waitlist - we wish there was more flexibility with how to as we have a waitlist of over 1200 patients.  We REALLY wish the recall date was used in the waitlist filters.  We have made it work by coming up with several creative ways of filtering the list by adding new appointment types.

Messaging - we would love if there was "tag" that we could tag a message to a team member so it doesn't get lost in the many incoming texts if it's something they need to follow-up on

Payments - the family payments feature isn't quite there yet, it would be nice to send the total balance to anyone in the family with the breakdown of all services owed broken down by patient.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

NexHealth’s payments service has significantly improved our revenue workflow. It automates the entire process of collecting patient payments, allowing us to offer multiple payment options including SMS and email, which makes it super convenient for our patients. Since it is part of our existing NexHealth Patient Engagement platform, we are able to effortlessly monitor outstanding payments without having to jump between systems. This centralization has led to a noticeable improvement in our collection rates.

The system’s credit card terminals are easy to use, and the ability to securely store patient card information has enhanced our payment processing efficiency. Overall, NexHealth has made payment collection smoother, faster, and more efficient for both our team and our patients. Highly recommend for practices looking to simplify and optimize revenue management!

Absolutely nothing. We love working with them, we love the products they put out and their ability to anticipate customer needs.

NexHealth eliminates the need for exhaustive manual processes. We are able to easily communicate appointment related information without any intervention, send electronic forms to patients in multiple formats, and collect their data without any intervention. Our patients are able to book their appointments and pay their bills online. Our whole workflow has improved giving our staff more time to devote to caring for patients.

NexHealth has thought of it all for the dental practice admin and has been able to take away repetitive and time consuming tasks. All of the associates that I have encountered at Nexhealth are responsive, professional and genuinely interested in our teams success.

It is so quick and easy to get in contact with customer support. I have never had a negative experience when a problem arises. They work quickly and efficiently to resolve it for me

My one "complaint" is I wish we could send out all past balances at once instead of each individual patient

NexHealth payments integrating with our dental software is a dream come true. It has cut down our walk out time as well as the time we spend in correcting mistakes when payments are incorrectly logged in

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

We have been using Nexhealt in our practice and it has made a huge difference in both efficiency and patient communication. Their appointment confirmation and online scheduling tools save our team so much time and make thinks easier for both the team and our patients. 

We have been what I call living in the past with how we take card payments, having to type the card number in for each payment.  We recently added the payment feature to our Nexhealth services and it has been a game changer. The Tap-to-pay feature on the wireless terminals make it a much smoother checkout for the patient. 

The platform lets us run custom marketing campaigns which help us stay connected with patients and allows to easily get communications out in weather events and much more.

Excellent customer service. Not only are they quick to implement any changes that we ask, but have previously put together a team to trouble shoot any issues that we have had. We use Nexhealth everyday to run our dental practice. Easy to use for both the front desk employees and the administrator. Integrates easily with our dental PMS and we use almost all of the features offered.

**What do you dislike about NexHealth?**

Does not integrate with our orthodontic PMS. We would love if it had a phone feature with screen pops and call tracking!

**What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The online scheduling feature has offloaded many phone calls. Electronic patient intake and health history forms are a breeze to set up and use. 2 way text communication with patients and appointment confirmations helps the front desk with faster patient communication.

**What do you like best about NexHealth?**

We switched from Solution Reach to NexHealth.  We use digital forms, payments, and are in the process of adding insurance verification.  It's user friendly, easy to use and understand.  I love the customer support- timely, friendly, and helpful!  They're always making improvements to the product and are open to suggestions, which is great!

**What do you dislike about NexHealth?**

The reporting features for payments is a bit lacking, but it's already improved quite a lot since our onboarding.

**What problems is NexHealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a tough one to answer.  Digital forms saves SO much time, the forms go directly into smartdocs (Eaglesoft) and populates into our medical history.   The ability to text with our patients saves so many phone calls, which also saves us a lot of time.  Being able to text a statement and payment link has shortened turn around time and is improving our A/R.  There are so many ways that NexHealth has been helpful!

I like the ease of use. The program is very customizable. There is an amazing support team to help with any questions. Sending a text or email statement has been amazing.

The current downside with their payment collection system is that patients cannot make a partial payment on a requested amount. They are only able to pay in full.

Nexhealth is helping us in collections. It has only been a few days and we have text out balances and so far have gotten a positive response. It also has aided us in lessening our confirmation calls.

NexHealth has helped tremendously in being able to stay in touch with our patients.  The way it syncs perfectly with our dental program is awesome and allows us to easily see what is going on.  Once it is in place, the transition is smooth as well.  I have only had to contact customer service once, but it was a quick call - no complaints.

I honestly cannot think of a single thing.

The text and email appointment reminders for patients has been extremely beneficial and easy to use.  The ability for patients to schedule themselves has also been helpful, and the wait-list feature where NexHealth sends out a notification of open slots and the patient just chooses one and it automatically gets scheduled is a lifesaver!

Very user friendly for both office staff and patients and excellent support from Nexhealth.  I was able to jump into using this product with almost no instruction, a testament to how easy it is to learn and use.  The new and improved payment system is amazing, we collected over twenty thousand in the last 90 days, old statements that had been a problem for us up until the new payment collection system.  It's  so much easier!

This is not a downside, per se, but I wish the texting between NexHealth and the office had the ability to go to the patient's communication log in our software system.
Copying and pasting is still better than possibly missing something when typing in a phone call communication.
