I also love how responsive their customer support is in case I ever face any roadblocks in using their product. **What do you dislike about Nexgen CRM?** NexGen has some lacking features compared to other CRM tools I've used in the past. Particularly, I wish there was an independent notes section available for each entry so that I can take individualized notes. **What problems is Nexgen CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** NexGen helps me manage my project application lifecycles. I find it very useful to view all of my project data in one location and it keeps my work stream efficient and organized. ### 2. I am not at the level where I could say that I dislike it. **Recommendations to others considering Nexgen CRM:** It's advanced software. You have to be a perfectionist to be able to learn and fully understand this program. **What problems is Nexgen CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The simulator helps me micro predict my future investments. It makes me understand the odds of winning. I use it for Crypto. Day trading software. When you trade, you need the confidence to make high-level decisions. ### 3.
