NexForge AI designs, builds, and operates AI Employees, enterprise integrations, and custom automation software for businesses that need real operational results — not chatbot demos or pilots that never reach production. Each AI Employee owns a defined role — sales follow-up, customer support, invoice processing, and more — inside your existing CRM, helpdesk, and ERP, with clear escalation rules so exceptions always route to a human. We also build secure system integrations and custom internal software where off-the-shelf tools fall short. Every engagement starts with a discovery phase mapping your systems, processes, and approval chains. You own everything we build — every integration, workflow, and piece of software runs inside your own infrastructure and accounts, with no proprietary platform and no lock-in. Most clients see their first AI Employee running in staging within three weeks of kickoff. We work with SMB, mid-market, and enterprise teams across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe, in industries including SaaS, healthcare, financial services, logistics, and professional services.
