Customers increasingly ask AI assistants to find and book services such as a therapist, a tutor, a cleaner or a consultant. Most small-business websites were built for people, not assistants: prices sit in PDFs, options are explained over the phone, and booking means "call us." When an assistant cannot read a price, the available options or a way to buy, it tends to recommend a business whose details it can read. Nexez starts with a free agent-readiness scan that needs no account. The scan checks four areas: whether assistants can reach a business's pages (Discovery), understand its offers and prices (Understanding), find a way to book or buy (Ways to buy), and trust its business details (Trust). The business then builds its offers in Nexez: - Import offers from a website, a CSV or Excel file, or connected tools such as Stripe, Shopify, Square, WooCommerce, ServiceM8, Calendly, Acuity, Google Calendar and Zapier. - Set a starting price plus options, extras and quantity, and list the questions a buyer must answer before an order moves forward. - Apply sale rules that decide which requests go ahead, which wait for the owner's review, and which stop. Nothing goes live until the owner approves it. - Test buying requests in the Agent Simulator before publishing, then review clear order records and sales insights by AI assistant and by offer. - Take payment through Stripe checkout. A person or an AI assistant can then choose an offer, provide the requested details and move to the right next step, including checkout. Offers can be published on Nexez or on the business's own domain, and Nexez works alongside the existing website rather than replacing it. For developers and AI agents, Nexez provides an MCP server, an OpenAPI specification, an A2A agent card, TypeScript and Python SDKs, buyer API keys, and a ChatGPT app called Nexez Buyer. Nexez is used by professional and online service providers such as therapists, coaches, consultants, tutors and agencies, local service businesses such as cleaners, salons and contractors, and small shops on Shopify, Square or WooCommerce.
