What do you dislike about Nexcess? We have been with Nexcess for over 9 years, and the service has progressively worsened, with the cost of hosting increasing at the same time (every couple of months). If you have an issue with your website and raise a ticket with their "24/7" technical support, do not have any expectations whatsoever you will receive a knowledgeable response. The responses will often not address the issue, and you will often go around in circles waiting a couple of hours between each response no matter how clearly your question is phrased. Escalation to a supervisor used to work to get a adequate response, but now even this request seems to be ignored. After submitting a cancellation request for being a loyal customer for 9 years, there was no attempt to even find out the reason for the cancellation, instead the cancellation was expedited (not that we were going to stay). This just shows the little value they have for customers. Save yourself the hassle if you run a serious website and go a hosting company that cares about their customers and service.
