Data from surveys with NewtonX in contrast are the best I have seen across any B2B or consumer sample providers, giving me full confidence in any quantitative research I conduct with NewtonX. Their qualitative recruitment is also excellent, and they have helped me to find very specialist audiences that other bespoke recruiters have been unable to fulfil. ### 3. This for me, means my opinion and time is valued and therefore means my answers are as considered as can be. **What do you dislike about NewtonX?** Because of the global reach of Newton X and the quality and quantity of consulants and experts in their fields that Newton X has, unfortunatley I haven't always been able to offer my opinions where I have wanted to. **Recommendations to others considering NewtonX:** Be specific with your requirements. The quality of your research depends on the quality of questions you ask. **What problems is NewtonX solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a creative designer it's vital that I'm up-to-date with the latest market trends not just for my own knowledge, but also for my clients. The team spent a great time understanding our goals and business, which allowed it to get quick and impressive results. During the process, a dedicated NewtonX customer support manager spent a good amount of time following up with us and the experts to ensure the interviews take place. This person also attended each interview to assess the quality and relevance of the expert. This is a stress-free process as you can cancel any interview within the first few minutes if you realize that the expert is not relevant to your project. **What do you dislike about NewtonX?** I don't have much to say here. The quote was very competitive and transparent (no hidden fee). During the process, we decided to not use NewtonX's service to conduct the interviews in order to limit our cost. But this would have been helpful as we had limited bandwidth. **Recommendations to others considering NewtonX:** If you feel you spent too much time looking for experts, don't waste your time any longer. The quality of the team was beyond our expectations, and NewtonX gave us quick and impressive results. Regarding pricing, I found NewtonX to be the most competitive and best fit our needs for our project (~15 interviews done). I highly recommend it! **What problems is NewtonX solving and how is that benefiting you?** NewtonX helped us identify and secure interviews with niche experts to build our Go-to-Market strategy for a new product launch. Prior to this, we spent months trying to identify and connect with experts with no success. NewtonX was able to do the job in a week or so. Huge time saving and impact on our roadmap! ### 8. A scam and a waste of time. Unfortunately, the client has closed this study because they have reached their target number of qualified respondents." If it was so, why would not this message show up before I finished the survey? Looks to me like a scam. Moreover, I have not been reimbursed for my time and expertise as promised. I do not advise NewtonX to anyone. **What do you like best about NewtonX?** Nothing, I have wasted 20 minutes of my time for nothing. **What do you dislike about NewtonX?** Everything, as I have mentioned above, that it has scammy business practices. **What problems is NewtonX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Did not solve anything but rather created one. ### 9. They recruit experts to take our surveys or participate in qualitative research. **What do you like best about NewtonX?** NX is a thought partner in project execution. They do a very detailed search to ensure that we're recruiting top-notch experts to take our surveys and provide valuable insights. They deliver on everything that has is expected of them. **What do you dislike about NewtonX?** The only downside that i've experienced with NX is the reduction in feasibility if we require internal pogramming. Our company is accustomed to programming our surveys in-house.
