What do you like best about NewsWhip?

Quick to find the news and track the social media engagement. They have excellent customer service, which helps you with everything. You can get in touch with them quickly. They are eager to help and explain to you. It is very nice to witness what are people reading and surfing and sharing on social media, and it makes it easy to follow to whatever trend you would like to follow. They also have a co-operation with Reddit and they say ; “We use the Reddit integration with NewsWhip every day to find great stories. It’s a really useful tool to see what’s generating conversation and find posts that are on the cusp of going viral so that we can turn them into compelling articles for our audiences.”

I am using it for the 'crisis' situations for our clients. It shows if a story will keep getting interaction or fade away, so if it is likely to go bigger, we can take some precautions. You can keep track of social media by adding planned email alerts. It is instrumental, I arranged one, and every morning I get to see the developments from the past 24 hours, and I can keep track of what is going on with the country's agenda. NewsWhip saves you so much time it's hard to describe! You can jump in, assemble a lot of different listening panels really rapidly, and it'll alert you to stories before they go viral - which you can't put a price on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, nothing - I have had no negative experiences, and have even flown out to New York to meet the team. Everything I ask for happens, all the advice I need appears. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You should always make use of alerts! Getting daily downloads via email or alerts when story volume hits a certain threshold is vital to using the platform in full. Do their tutorial too! It will cover off all the basics and you'll be so glad you did when you are building better dashboards. Additionally, learning how to construct a really solid query is going to improve the quality of your results, and working with the NewsWhip team and the customer success folks will ensure that you are maximizing the results of using the tool. What do you like best about NewsWhip?

What we like most about NewsWhip are the insights we are able to provide to our publicists regarding the trajectory of stories centering around our brands. We are able to identify if a story is going to break or if it is going to be a dud. If something doesn’t drive clicks while something else does, you can try to decide what worked best and what aspects of the post that struggled didn’t work.
