"Level up your professional signature"

What do you like best about NEWOLDSTAMP?

I initially saw the professional signature from NEWOLD Stamp on a colleague's email and I was very impressed. When I inquired, I found that they had so many ways of personalizing my signature with my own company's logo, my contact info and the placement was more than I was capable of at the time. "Leveling-Up Our Branding"

What do you like best about NEWOLDSTAMP?

Newoldstamp allows my team to have professional-looking and personalized email signatures. Beyond that, I can run banner campaigns and track their effectiveness through easy-to-understand analytics. The G-Suite Integration is a game-changer since I can now make all of the updates on my team members' behalf. And of course, the live support is top tier. I have always been thrilled with their help. What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?

As a designer, I wish there was a little more flexibility for design and a few more templates. Especially in the "schedule a meeting" buttons. I also wish that all of the google fonts were available so we could use our exact brand font instead of a close match. But, I'm so happy we can use our correct brand colors! What problems is NEWOLDSTAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our email signatures were all over the place before Newoldstamp. Wrong brand colors, outdated logos, all levels of formality. Now they're crisp, clean, and consistent across the board. What do you like best about NEWOLDSTAMP?

I love how put-together our small team appears. Using the tool is fool-proof and I don't have to concern myself with tracking down employees who aren't following the company's signature "rules". There are so many templates to choose from, it's easy to find something that suits unique needs. I also like that only one person can be in charge and the rest of the team just follows the steps, less chance for errors! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NEWOLDSTAMP?

I wish we had the option of easily adding a custom made banner. I'd like to just type something in and be done (i.e. Holiday office closure date/times) Currently, I have to create an image in another program and then save it to a jpeg and then upload it as a banner. What problems is NEWOLDSTAMP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that employees all write their signatures differently and it appears unprofessional. I am the type of person that pays attention to detail and if things appear unorganized it reflects poorly on the company. Newoldstamp solves this problem very easily. Also, we used to have an image in our old way of creating signature (on outlook) and it always showed incorrectly on the recipient's end. Easy to work with. Great user interface and rapid customer service. The product works on Mac, iPhone, Outlook, PC, etc. It's been a good fit for us for that reason. I strongly recommend the product. It's incredibly hard to integrate images into Mac based email signatures. NewOldStamp makes it incredibly easy. We had struggled for several years to find a product that would work for us.
